Review 1：No control over the heat. We turned on the AC yet it was difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature. However, we would totally stay there again. It was clean and quiet.

Review 2：The location was great. We also received coupons for free breakfast. We were late to breakfast, yet they honored the coupon and the breakfast was wonderful. Real eggs, bacon, toast, potatoes and coffee. It was delish!

Review 11：the room was a stuffy, the cieling fan dirty, the toilet leeked around the base, the room was noisey on thurs, but not so bad fir-sun, still loud, the staff was unknowlegeable about anninities in the area, i would like a coffee pot in my room, how inconvient to have to walk all the way up with coffee for two, when we left we were giving the wroug invioce we were in 326 he gave us 336

Review 12：the breakfast was good, i liked the ambiance, the wood, the furnishing, the towels were nice, the water was hot and the temperture was fine for the most part, tv was nice

Review 13：I booked this room for a girls weekend, due to it being right on whiskey row, which was very convenient. When I checked in everyone was very friendly. However, that shortly changed. The second night as we came back up to the room after being down on whiskey row (so understandably we were slightly intoxicated) we literally got into the room and no sooner then 2 minutes after getting into our room, security came banging on the door. Keep in mind it is 230am possibly 3am. We were being pretty quiet for being intoxicated too. When we answered the door, a security personnel by the name of Josh was on the other side. Josh was very irate and rude. Josh was honestly louder then us. Josh was yelling at us and claiming this was his second visit up to our loud room and he was calling the cops. We shortly advised Josh that he was clearly mistaken as we literally walked into our room moments before he came banging on the door. I feel as if Josh caused the other guest to be disturbed as he was the one yelling at us in the hall. Not even 10 minutes goes by and the front desks calls advising we must leave due to the numerous visits by security and if we did not exit the room in 15 minutes the cops would be called. Ok, there were no numerous visits, Josh came up one time yelling at us for a "second visit to our room". Clearly this staff has their guests confused. Due to their up tightness and incorrect mathematics I had to leave the hotel at 4am. When asking the staff at the front desk who in fact is making us leave,they quickly stated their manager. They would not allow us to speak to this "manager" they talked too and they would not refund usour money. The other excuse the front desk staff made due to us leaving was,that we were disturbing a special VIP guest of theirs. I personally could understand if it was a Tuesday and this was going on, but no this was a Saturday night.

Review 14：Advertised as free breakfast which is misleading. This is just a discount to attract early business to the attached bistro. Breakfast would have been better elsewhere.

Review 16：The hotel itself is quite old but it possessed a certain charm that made us fall in love with it. The staff at the front desk were all very helpful in making recommendations for places to eat or things to see. The breakfast at the bistro was amazing! We couldn't wait to go down each morning to enjoy the fresh brewed coffee and delicious food.
