Review 1：Breakfast consisted of cereal, yogurt & bagels with no running water sink. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Room outdated & only one lamp worked, bathroom window lock broken, shower head did not move and all faucets were rusty. Sofa in room was at least 20 yrs old. No operational business system and was out of ink for the printer. Couldn't even print out my boarding pass.
Review 2：It was honestly the most disgusting place I've ever seen in my life. They put me in a moldy musty room and I was sick the whole next day. They had some nerve renting a room that was a health hazzard and should have comped the one night I was there. I pray you take them off your list. It was like a crack house in quality!

When I was checking out, I heard the manager (Indian accent frmale )yelling at a customer because he was late to check out!!!!

Review 6：The idea of having to pass paperwork through a window and not being let into the lobby even after showing ID. The steel doors with steel plates made us worry about break-ins. The room smelled like hospital strength cleaning supplies. The plumbing fixtures were rusty and pitted. The room was sparsely decorated and the walls were concrete block

Review 8：The room I had the first night was exceptionally clean and comfortable however I decided to stay an extra night and was given another room on the north side. That room had a muggy odor and the bathroom had mildew around the tub.

Review 10：The front office had a horrible smell. I was holding my breath the entire time I was checking in and praying the room wasn't the same way. The room smelt fine and was overall clean. There were geckos and centipedes cohabiting the room with us but the bed and towels were clean. AC worked wonderfully and the bed was super comfy. The next morning we watched management rip apart one of the maids in the pool area which wasn't professional. Even if she was in the wrong you shouldn't belittle her in front of guests.

Review 23：The faucets in the bathtub/shower were so corroded I wouldn't even touch them. I took "sponge baths" for 3 days. There was a bad chemical smell in the room, as if it was covering up a smell of smoke or something. Awful! The A/C was so noisy I slept very badly. The bed linens didn't seem to be freshly laundered, which gave me a creepy feeling. The lighting in the rear part of the parking lot was very dim, so I didn't feel safe getting back after dark. Once was enough!

Review 27：I didnt like that the other guests had to pass my window. So when they went for ice or the pool they where outside my window and talkative. And all rooms where the same. I heard the TV next door all night. Also, the bed was unusually high. There is no privacy in the room. I had to leave this motel which is a first for me. And it is not that cheap!!!!
Review 28：Everything!! The bed was dirty,it had stains. Matress was dirty and feltlike it had bugs. The pillows inside the cases were dirty. The air cond.Made noise and had a moldy smell come out of it. The bathroom was small,dirty, and the towels were dirty and small. Even the chair was filthy.The lobby was locked and they had a small window to communicate. Afterrequesting new sheets, they gave me dirty,stained and cigarette holesheets. The room was just unacceptable and gross to sleep in. It neededto be shut down. I will not recommend to anyone. At 11:15pm we left tofind another place to sleep. There was no way we could have slept inthat filth.

Review 32：Booked a King suite online-smoking room -received a conformation that it was available - when I checked in -was told it was not available and only 2 queen bed suite available -smoking room -beds seemed to be either 2 double beds or possibly 2 full beds -seemed too small to be queen size and room given had sign on door saying no smoking -- Place seemed not as much dirty as it was a bit old and run down . Beds were not comfortable at all . Had a second floor room and it was raining at the time of stay -took stairs to second floor and ended up getting soaked because there was no covering . Almost felt like bedding had bed bugs or something - my boyfriend and I both were very itchy by morning time and we only spent 1 night there and barely left the room . Was not a pleasant stay to us and felt quite disappointed because confirmation of room choice was not as promised .

We traveled with a baby and they didn't have a crib so we had to put her on the floor. We asked for more pillows but they didn't have any extras. The sheets had cigarette burns on them. Also, I was very concerned about my credit card security because they just wrote my entire card number and expiration date on their reservation sheet. I only found out about this upon check out when I got a copy of that hand written receipt. This place needs a lot of improvement both on the physical facilities and customer service. We should have spent more money and stayed at a more secure, cleaner and more reliable property.

Review 70：Everything!!!!!!!!!! This is the worst, dirtiest, fealty establishmentthat I have stayed at in my entire life. The health department shouldshut it down. Upon arrival, I had to send out my husband to purchase 2boxes of colorox wipes and clean everything. We had to clean the toilet,tub, floors, sink, chairs, headboard, walls, etc. You are stuck as theycharge your credit card and you can't go anywhere else nor any otherrooms available due to the peak traveling season. All I can tell you isthat I hardly got any sleep. Shady, loud people partying at the poolbetween hours of 11 to 4 A.M. Smell of burning cigarettes coming fromunderneath the doors. I am in my 40s and have traveled overseas andaround the country. 3Rd world countries have better hotel than this one.Please don't stay there. If you do...you will Regret every moment ofit and will not enjoy your travel!

They were very stiff and scratchy.The bathroom facilities were older and the grout not clean. Therefore we did not end up staying the evening. The staff was nice enough to reimburse the cost of the room.
