Review 1：The breakfast was basic but sufficient.

Review 2：The friendly staff was a huge plus and their flexibility to accommodate us. The restaurant was also very good, great food and service.

Review 3：Since the hotel has only 8 rooms, breakfast does not have a great variaty of products. However, it has all I require for breakfast.

Review 6：All in all, this is always a hotel we return to because of the excellent service on offer. The staff are incredibly friendly but professional. Whilst we have stayed a number of times now, they know, and use, our names which creates a warm atmosphere. They are happy to go out of their way to accommodate us if there is anything we require out of the ordinary. There are many hotels in Harderwijk but why go anywhere else when you get service like this.

Review 7：Depending on the Room that you get, it might be a little loud on w-ends as there are some bars right next to the Hotel and the isolation is a bit poor.

Review 8：A bit noisy at night, but not terrible. Breakfast could be improved wit more fresh fruit and food for people with allergies or intolerances for gluten and so on. And change the pillows :P

Review 13：On arrival the staff member who helped us was lovely, ever so friendly! Helped us with translating the menu, choosing something for me as I'm a very fussy eater! Chatted with us any chance he got, even when walking passed the hotel on a walk(: Bed was extremely comfy, could happily of spent the whole stay in bed! Wifi brilliant. Sea view from our room. Dolfinarium within 5 minutes walk, could hear the seals a lot, making me want to go back and see them. Right by the town centre, lovely restaurants just 2 minutes away. Hopefully will be returning soon!

Review 14：The second floor has no elevator in it so if you have heavey luggage you will suffer a bit (or you can see it as proper work out). Although the food is really good the menu has a narrow variety.

Review 15：The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They all speak good english. The authentic dishes are delicious and the portions are rather big. Harderwijk is rather a small town so whether you stay at the lake or the center it doesn't really make any difference.

Review 16：This has got to one of the most friendly hotels I have stayed in. The food was beautifully cooked and I was well looked after. The outlook was most pleasant.

Review 18：The staff was very kind and helpfull. They gave us another room which was accesible by elevator, put a crib and they helped us to heat the food for our child. The location was perfect with views to the lake and in the centre.

Review 19：When we arrived the person saw that I had a Walking Stick and suggested a change of room as the room that was allocated up some steep steps. Their was a Lift up to this room which was lovely overlooking the water. The meal we had was good and the people very friendly.

The hotel is in a good location, right at the marina and close to the dolphinarium. Harderwijk itself is a lovely little town.

Review 26：- for evaluation the breakfast it's too poor . In way we decided to replace it with other restaurants - about harderwijk , inside the train station . There is no office for sailing tickets .
