Review 1：you should give a option to late checkout up to 3pm before charging a full day rate. I also thing the hotel should offer a complementary bottle of water

Review 2：the fact that the facility was safe for the most part. However I think the north side door to room 313 needs to adjust the trees in the court yard needs to be trimmed in order to enjoy he view

Review 3：The door had to be forced shut to close. The window in the bathroom wouldnt open, and there was no vent fan.

Review 12：We've stayed in Boca several times, and this is the best hotel we've had yet. The room was very clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the closet was ample. The wi-fi also worked very well and the (free) breakfast was tasty. It was also great to have a fridge and a microwave in the room. Overall, we found the entire place very well maintained, and all of the staff were friendly.

Review 23：The proprietors are using a brand (name) to lure customers but it is shameful that the facility is outdated and subpar. Our room was 305 (1st floor). Paint is being used to try and cover the obvious cracks and other imperfections that exist. The carpets are dirty. Dead roaches near sink. Shower leaks out to room. Cigarette smoke wafted into our room. Not enough towels. All towels had rust & other misc. stains on them.

Review 25：We had to wait a lot to make the room key work and go up the stairs several times, then we realized we were supposed to use another door to enter. As this is close to the ocean, facilities need painting and rugs need extra cleaning.

Review 38：Arriving from a long business day after 10:00 pm. Undress to shower and hang clothes on bathroom door knob. Use toilet and it begins to OVERFLOW. Not just overflow but gush out as though it was a fire hydrant. I began grabbing towels and anything I could to stop it from going out of the bathroom. It didn't stop. I ran and called the front desk and realized I had no Clothes on. I rushed to put my wet clothes on as I had not taken any out of my luggage. I have sever asthma and began losing my breath from running and rushing. A gentleman came (Very nice one) and told me not to worry that this happens all the time and to go down stairs to get another room. I could not move because of my asthma. He said don't worry I will do it for you. He did and helped me move to another room. When he came back he said you should see the room down below me. The roof caved in on the lady below. They say she is Ok but I felt awful and could not sleep. I had been in wet clothes from the toilet water. My new skeechers shoes were sopping wet and I will never wear them again, nor will I my clothes. I had to get up early for business and asked what will be done about the bill. is we will give you a 20% discount. I said this is not good enough. Ok, take off the night but what about my shoes and clothes that were worth more than the night. We can't do anything about it and with that I asked for a manager. He comes out and said he could not help me and then said: (sarcasim)" I'm going to see if you put to much toilet paper in the toilet" Can you imagine how i felt saying this to me and in front of another person. My stay was not good. I lost in this travel trip.
