Review 1：The only thing if I had to pick something would be the toaster. I am sure that he was not aware of it, however, each morning it kept burning our toast and we finally realized why. It wouldn't pop up at all. Nothing major... The overall stay was perfect and out weighed the broken toaster.
Review 2：The gentleman that greeted us was very professional and welcomed me by name. He was very courteous and respectful. He showed that he cared for our stay by going above and beyond. The morning we left it had snowed and he offered us a broom to sweep off the car so we could leave without any hazard.
Review 3：Bed way too hard and I like a firm bed. Lights outside the room were so bright they shone right through the blindes way to bright at night! Air conditioner so loud needless to say won't be staying again we got no sleep. Too bad though cute place :(

Super nice guy, accommodating and takes good care of property and guests. Small room but had everything we needed, plus wonderful jacuzzi tub that really hit the spot after several softball games!

Review 16：Bed was very hard. Comforter could use replacing. Clean but worn. Went for coffee in the office and there were ants by the sugar. No stirrer for the coffee just a spoon in some dirty water.

Review 20：The walls are too thin, you can hear every breath, every sound from all the surrounding rooms. There was only about 2 feet between the bed and chest of drawers, and it was the main pathway in the room. The alarm clock which was in the room was not functionable - thankfully we planned ahead and brought one of our own.

Review 22：I found Pine View Motel to be a clean well kept motel with the basics you would need for a out of town stay. The young man who was managing the facility was very courteous and even came out with an umbrella to help us from our car to our room during a rain storm.

Review 24：Owner sincerely appreciates his clientele and bends over backwards to insure everybody is happy. Room and grounds very clean. Prescott is an expensive town during tourist season, and this place was a great find. Highly recommended.
