Review 1：To confirm arrival, you have to actually call, they don't respond to confirmation of your arrival. Walls are super thin, so that I could hear people arriving by car all night long, walking up the stairs and taking a shower, which is to be shared with others.

Review 5：Unfortunately, when you come back to Russia after travelling in Europe you discover that a lot of Russian citizens are not polite. In case of Pilot Guest House there was one young administrator who talked with us in very unfriendly manner. К сожалению, после путешествий по Европе приходится открывать для себя заново, что слишком большое количество россиян являются озлобленными, не имеющими себя вести людьми. Так, в случае отеля "Пилот" молодая девушка лет 20, которая по случаю являлась администратором, который нас заселял, отвечала в весьма недружелюбной манере. Общий смысл ее фразы можно было понять так, что на следующий день нам нужно выселиться до 12 часов, т.к. у них в "Пилоте" есть более важные клиенты, а именно новогодние посетители. При этом, приехав в "Пилот" в 3 часа ночи, основываясь на информации о check-out в 14 часов, мы предполагали, что мы имеем возможность выспаться. К счастью, выяснилось, что мы ее неправильно поняли, но тон голоса и недружелюбность поведения в любом случае говорили сами за себя.

Review 20：Great value. For 2000 rubles (about $40) I got a very nice, clean,attractive room with shared bath and free transfers from and toDomodedovo airport (about 20-25 minutes away). Use of slippers and nicerobe included! Transfers went smoothly, and I didn't have to use acredit card to make a reservation. Food was not fancy but fine;affordable and available when I wanted it. In my 16 hours betweenflights I was able to eat, get a shower (no tub but modern shower andbathroom), and a night's sleep. I've been giving out theirbusiness cards to people; I hope the Guest House will still be therewhen I travel next.

Review 22：Everything was great there!!! I was staying in some other hostels and 1-2 star hotels in Europe, but I have never been in such a nice and pleasant place like this "Pilot"!!! I would never expect such great facilities for such little money!!:)) I ve got mooore than I expected. And the service is great there!!! The shuttle saves a lot of time and money! And makes your life more comfortable. It's the best chose if you want to save and get comfort. It's just great!!)) I didn't have time to eat there, but I m sure they have great food!) cos it feels that they treat their customers as the most important people and friends!!:) I recomend it to my friends!! Отельчик супер-замечательный!! Сервис на высоте! Выше, чем в Европе! В "Пилоте" меня принимали, как друга, если не сказать, как родственницу:)). В номерах и в ваннах все продумано до мелочей!! Шатл - это просто гениальное решение вопроса!! Экономит кучу денег, времени и дарит моральную сатисфакцию!!) есть и халаты, и тапочки!!! Такое только в 5* отеле в полном комплекте имеется!))) Молодцы!!

They come to pick you up if you follow their instruction but I recommend you call a bit in advance not to have to wait or you'll be waiting for 20 minutes in the freezing Russian's weather :) Do not forget to bring your cash for stay and dinner. Dinner is quite basic but nice and cheap.

Guests are kindly asked to inform the property at least 1 hour before the arrival if they would like to take a free shuttle from Domodedovo International Airport.The transfer from the guest house to the international airport Domodedovo sets out approximately 2-3 hours before the guests' departure of the aircraft, it also depends on the traffic on the road. The time table is made by the administration daily.Please note that the property does not provide visa support to foreign guests.Check-in and check-out time is usually at 12:00.
