Review 1：Not even at the Motel 6/Super 8 level. A sub-budget hotel in desperate need of renovation with filthy furniture, no management on site, no working WiFi, no breakfast (although was supposed to have been included), and the loudest air conditioning units on the planet. Checked out after one day, after booking.com and the hotel agreed to refund the unused days - and then the "hotel" charges my card anyway. Now, have to deal with that mess. Avoid at all costs. I have no problem with budget hotels (have stayed in many), so long as they are clean and well-run. This dump is neither.

Review 9：The A/C was not working properly. It was too hot. The refrigerator was not working either, therefore our food went bad. We found a roach underneath the kleenex, which was next to the sink.

Review 11：Continental breakfast was the worst I have seen. Occasional hard boiled eggs, but no salt or pepper. One waffle iron. Toast, cereal, milk, juice, coffee. Occasional apples and bananas. Nothing changed in the week there. Hotel in the process of being updated, however our room had very cheap furniture. Toilet and tub in a VERY small room.

The review 6.8 is not truthful asmany negative reviews have been given to booking.com and their"ranking" never changes. This property should be closed by thedepartment of health without delay.

Review 39：no water for 5 days straight , and every other night they would shut off the water from 12am to6am . there were not enough chairs by the pool for all the people.when you complain, they tell you to go to another hotel, knowing that every place is all filled up,and that hey are charging 3 times the amount of money.i have pictures of the dirty floors , because of all the construction going on while the people are trying to enjoy a relaxing day. the first and second night we were there ,the air conditioner broke down,and flooded my room. they moved me out the 3rd day to another room. there were young people next door, i found a needle one morning and the next day i found a razor in front of my door . i mentioned it to one of the people in the office , they quietly disposed of it. young people were swimming in the pool during a lightning and thunder storm .i did not say anything about this because the rain was coming in my room through the ceiling or wall and flooded my room again. the next day they wanted me to move to another room again, i said no, so they put a giant blower in my room,and kept it there the whole day.i took an earlier flight out because my wife got very sick,and we came home a day early. i have other peoples names and phone numbers to witness every thing that happened. this was the worst vacation i have ever experienced .

Review 40：The bathroom door was broken when we arrived. Fixed the next day. The bathroom faucet hardly had any water pressure. Wifi was sporadic.

Review 47：I wouldn't even know where to start. The place was a dump! It smelled, the toilets were so low to the floor you couldn't get up without someone helping you. (I'm a senior) The pillows on the bed were like ROCKS! The slidding glass doors were disguestingly dirty....then fell out. The drawer on the nightstand was hanging. No wifi connection, one elevator broken so you had to wait forever when we were leaving which couldn't be fast enough. Spoke with two woman that were leaving at the same time. Could not believe what they had to pay for their room which was just like ours. If we had paid as much as them then I would have been even more upset. Worst part was it looked like our room had already been renovated. The place needs some serious work done to it....and I mean serious!

Review 55：No hot water for 5 days! Although we were told that we have a remodeled room, the furniture was old. The shower needed grouting. We were told the second elevator was just replaced but needed 3 days to run before passengers old be able to use it... 3weeks later only one elevator and used for everything, ie construction. So, it's always dirty!

Review 63："Free wifi" was never available, even after front desk said they'd reset the router. Called down about no HBO, was told "run a channel scan maybe". Mold visible on ceiling, and room had a musty smell. Bed, while somewhat comfortable, had black stains and unknown black substance encrusted to it. Staff indifferent and unhelpful. I would not stay here again.

Review 64：The breakfast area was terrible, the tables were not clean, the food seemed to have been sitting there since the night before, still covered in plastic. The room is ok, but also smells bad (humidity). The bathroom can be a lot cleaner.

Review 67：Guest Suites was exactly what I needed! I stayed for a week with my infant daughter and 9 year old son. I have family in Boca and the location was close to 95 and only 3 miles from my brother's house. The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the AC worked the whole time we were there. The rooms were also very quiet (couldn't hear guests in the next room from the bedroom...a HUGE plus!) I would absolutely stay here again.

Review 70：The hotel room was very very dated..it is currently under renovation, so that might change. The sink was clogged. When we checked in the room smelled like paint or fumes....the manages assured us it was the cleaning solution, but I think it was the A/C...very old unit and looked very dirty. We did not turn it on for the rest of the stay, I was afraid of what all might be in the air ducts and all the dirt blowing in the room. No trash bin in the whole room.

Review 71：Good value for the money, the staff was very helpful, free continental breakfast. It was nice to have the extra room with the couch and table and the refrigerator. I liked the lay out of the room The bedding was very nice, bed was comfortable. You get what you pay for...we did not mind the room too much, we were there just to sleep..spent most of the day outside of the hotel.

Review 72：The day we arrived and checked in we were informed that the hotel was under renovation and that was the start of a horrible stay. The same day another guest was given the same room and walked in on my husband and I. After leaving and returning (the same night) our key would not work so we had to go to the desk to get in. The second day upon returning from visiting/shopping we found our room uncleaned no clean towels and our trash still there. Again, I made a trip to the front desk (for clean towels). The final day when I requested a discount on our stay the Assistant manager said that I would have to call to speak with someone else.

Review 73：The room was 62 degrees when we went in. The heat didn't work. The warmest it got was 69. The breakfast was basic and didn't get refilled. The room was sparsely furnished. No chairs for sitting, only the foldout bed.

Review 80：1.) No Curb appeal for South Florida 2.) On the First Floor and there is a gate you have to go thru using your room key. I understand it is for safety but it looks like a jail. (not that I have been in one), just no curb appeal to it. 3.) Shower is nice, however the door is not next to the knob to turn the water on so you have to go in the shower then turn the water on. You cannot warm the water before you get in. Brrrrrrrrr 4.) The A/C Unit was loud every time it turned on. 5.) You can hear (loud) every time someone flushed up stairs.

Review 82：Not enough furniture in the living room portion of our room just a desk and a sofa a chase lounge and coffe table would have made it more complete. Also it is an older building u notice the small touches that were ignored in a reno but u overlook them because the service and the price are great.

The pool and pool area was clean, comfortable and atttractive but the whirlpool had stuff other than vegetation floating in it on my one visit to the pool area. Breakfast was more than adequate including fresh hard boiled eggs and waffles in addition to the usual fare but service did not start until 7:30 AM which made it impossible to attend my venue on time and get a breakfast. Overall though I thought that I got more than my money's worth.

Review 112：Considerig the fact that we were tired and had not made reservations, we were very pleased to find such a nice and comfortable place available to us. The suite was a very nice size, clean and functional - for the price we were expecting less. Breakfast was good, we did not interact with the staff because we arrived late and left early. The facility is a bit worn, but it is evident that work is being done to improve appearance. All in all a very nice little place, we will return again.
