Review 1：Everything i good for the money, except the pool. The pool was the main reason we took the hotel for the second time. The water was not good. Green, and you could not see the buttom. Easy to get sick. We din not dare to use it. We try to explain to the staff near the pool and in the reception, but the only answer we could get was: Yes the pool is open!!!
Review 2：Receptors had no manner when answering our answer and bad service....whole hotel and room smell bad. Not recommend to my friend, if you have enough budget , better not to stay this hotel... Facilities not good enough as there were no hair dryer although the receptor told that they have before I stay in this hotel...

Review 8：Bad experience with the reception staff. She lost my booking letter and they charge me not according to my booking price. The lady has very bad English and so rude. The hotel is good but staff attitude was very poor. Shame on them.

Review 12：Ive received a call from front desk reminding me to check out of the hotel in a harsh tone. Meanwhile i actually booked for 2 nights, and not one like what they claimed. Ive explained my booking is for 2 nights and the staff actually said, " NO NO YOU BOOKING ONE NIGHT YOU CHECK OUT NOW" in a very harsh tone, and immediately hung up. And after checking, they called again and said, sorry, wrong room, YOU 2 nights. WOWWWWW CUSTOMER RELATIONS!

Review 16：Staff were not that accommodating.Checking in I told them my name then said had a booking.com booking, the staff immed said they don't deal with booking.com and sarcastically asked for booking number.when I was able to produce it she grumpily gave me a paper to sign and asked for our passports and gave a room key w/o even discussing the conditions and apologizing for how she treated me earlier. -- Room was big but old interiors (or reception gave us this in purpose??) aircon roof base is almost dropping, stains all over, toilet door almost decaying, with small roaches -- the hotel massage therapist assigned to me practically yawned in my ear after barely 20 mins she started. you should not accept late bookings if you do not have sufficient and efficient staff to carry on the tasks as one goes for massage for relaxation and not to be the shock absorber of the therapist tiredness from the day's work. Also train your therapist t be quiet during massage time as customers should be relaxed and not bothered by bright lightning, loud tv and loud voices of staffs exchanging stories --- I have stayed in budget hotels before but was treated nicely and warmly by staffs. In this hotel the only staff I saw smiling and greeting us was a quite middle aged Bell boy… cheers to you. hopefully one day you will be able to infect your colleagues with your warmth to your guests.

Review 21：I will stay at here each time I visit Hatyai, the fares is cheaper but comfortable. The location is convenient. The reception is nicer especially in this latest trip, the handsome guy spoke in Mandarin surprised me. Besides the massage services also impressed me, the crew is nicer, chatting with us during massaging in hokkien. I like the services in this trip.

Review 24：It was disappointment for me and some friend. we book the hotel. We ask for an extra key they say they had only one key per room. So each time we go out we must be together all time.

Review 30：Grand plaza hotel, who are you to hold your guest's passport as your normal practice just to ensure your guest will pay you otherwise you want your guest to pay you a cash deposit that double of the room charges which was 12000 bath for my case. I never encounter such a terrible experience with any of the hotel so far from back packer to 5 star hotel.

Review 62：Easy access to many areas in HatYai especially shopping and restaurants which are both cheap and expensive ones... Shuttle called Tuk-Tuk are accessible anywhere to take the travelers. Hotel staff are nice and one on duty at night can speak very good in English. Comfortable times for sleeping.
