Review 5：We booked an apartment thinking we'd be more comfortable but the radiator in the bedroom wasn't working and a small electric heater was supposed to replace it. However when you're not in the appartment there's no electricity. Each room had a huge, draughty wooden door and window and we ended up sleeping fully clothed. If you intend to use the spa facilities don't book an apartment, you can't get to the spa using the underground passage from the apartment block as it's locked. You have to go outside in -20C. Also apartment guests don't get the bathrobes for the spa (hotel guests do). Walking into town is a no no. When you attempt to walk into town there are no pavements and there was a burst sewer pipe spilling its contents onto the road. Overall this was anything but value for money and we won't be back!!!

Review 8：It was so peaceful, as the 'last hotel on the right' in Bansko, it was really peaceful to be outside. The spa was interesting, with kinda unique sauna park.

Review 9：The breakfast is not as good as for a four star place. It's the same everyday and if you stay for more than 3 days, on the third day you may opt not to have one. The wifi coverage is poor, close to none in the family villas and studios: thus, totally unusable. The TV set is really outdated.

Review 10：The staff is friendly and helpful. The lobby bar, the spa and the mehana are good. Rooms are well heated and cozy.

Review 11：- cold in the rooms we had to use 2 blankets. - all do we asked for a queen bed they give us one but with 2 small pillows instead of a large one. - breakfast was poor and of bad quality .. no taste at all. - definitely not 4 star as on the whole 5 days we got only 2 bottles of shampoo and 2 of shower gel and no other things at all. - location was a little outside 15 minutes of walk to city center and the hill was full of ice due to sure break and flood the area.

Review 13：The staff was average. They were helpful enough but they are not happy i think with their work. This made us feel uncomfortable. We also paid 20 euros for 2 days for our pet for nothing. They don't offer anything for the dog like a small house or pet care. Also my friend who was on the main building hadn't warm room on the main building the first night. The jacuzzi didn't work. Last but not least the parking area was very scary like a scene of walking dead.

Review 15：Very cold SPA center. We have never been in such a cold SPA, cold water in the pool, cold relax zone, jacuzzi was out of order. Dirty rooms. There is NO fitness. Even nothing which looks like fitness.

During winter time not comfortable to live in the appartment as restaurant and spa center are in the main building.

Review 34：Don;t know where to begin: 1. Location - far away from anything in Bansko. Take your car with you or prepare to pay for taxi every time you need anything after ski slopes are closed. 2. For a week I didn't see a smile on the face of any staff of hotel. It is usual for Bulgarian service, but c'mon no smile for a week from anyone! 3. All family rooms and studios are on other buildings, so you have to walk outside to go to the main building for a breakfast or SPA. 4. SPA needs to be more clean. Take your slippers with you. Pool have too much smell of chlorine. My verdict - this hotel should be pointed as 3 stars with a bit price reduction.

Breakfast is ok, but prepare to wait for a long time if anything is finished on a buffet., Our room had a small kitchen with all needed basics to cook and serve the food inside the room. Good massage in SPA from professionals . Generally hotel is just ok, but I won't come back.

Review 36：the water in the poll was cold (very cold). We had a suit which is separated from the hotel, so if you want to go to the pool during winter, it's not an option :(. The room was very nice but also it was cold. We asked for an extra heater and still it was not very warm. The personnel are kind but don't know how to handle different situations. The personnel in spa / massage reception should be fired.

Review 121：The temperature of the water in the pool was not appropriate for enjoying this facility. Instead of 27 degrees Celsius the water was 20-21 degrees Celsius - totally unacceptable. When I raised this issue to the staff they do nothing. I assume that for saving the costs and because we have been there during workdays and because in the hotel were only accommodated about 20 tourists they chose not to start heating of the pool. Some of the staff (waiters) hardly understood English.
