Review 1：Mounting clip for handheld showerhead was broken and part missing -- could not be used -- but main shower worked. Room phone didn't work - but maintenance man reconnected it properly and fixed it. People rate well, but facilities less so. Seasonal rates really inflated... overall paid way too much for what we got.

Review 5：Overall hotel needs some touch up and updates. A little bit dirty outside the rooms, staff doesn't look very happy to be there. Nothing was really wrong, but feels like hotel is going down the hill. I was there last year and liked it much better. Probably will not stay again, there are couple of better options in the area.

Verbal Domestic fight in room next door- I called office-guy came up to check on it & woudnt even knock on the door- told me its 2 am -lights are out & I don't hear any thing-don't want to disturb them/fortunately it was quite after That- could have turned physical-filthy sketchy place/checked out 1st thing

Review 9：The bathtub didn't drain well while I took a shower. So, I was standing in water as I showered.

Review 11：The room needed to be vacuumed when we arrived. We left a note for the maid with a tip and it was vacuumed once. The very small box of Kleenex ran out twice but was only replaced once even after leaving a note for the maid.

Review 28：I stayed in this hotel with my family (husband and teenage daughter) for 4 nights. We were moving our daughter to university. Location of this hotel was perfect for us, it was really close to the university; also close enough to the nice beaches and all kind of businesses, restaurants and shopping. Hotel would use some updating. Room was a little bit worn-out but functional and it was very convenient to have microwave and refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was acceptable but nothing exceptional. We stayed in another Quality Inn hotel on our trip and breakfast there was much better. However, having breakfast in general was a big plus and saved us a lot of time and money in the morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful and addressed all of our needs. Overall I think it was very good deal for the money and I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Review 29：The room was very clean upon my arrival, and cleaned daily during my stay. Breakfast was a variety of different foods which were very appetizing. The location was less than 20 minute from our conference. I look forward to staying at the Quality Inn next year for our 2015 conference. This location was Outstanding Management and the staff.

Review 83：The king size bed was like sleeping on concrete blocks. The vending machine was way under stocked and items were old. I was in I a non smoking room but the other guests would stand outside the doorways and smoke would filter it's way into my room. The walkways were never swept. It's an old hotel but they could do more to spruce it up.

Review 97：the rooms look beautiful in the picture, the bathroom is tiny, the outside of the building looks worse than a Motel 6 and the Front Desk looks like something from a third world country. They use very small pillows which I have never seen before.

Review 99：The morning breakfast was great and included hot waffles and sausage along with a variety of beverage and cereal options and pastries, muffins, etc... The location was quiet and the staff were very professional. I stayed there for 3 nights and the only issue that I had was quickly resolved by the staff (the neighbors next door were loud/laughing at 3am but after I called the front desk, the issue was quickly resolved that 1st night and I didn't have that problem again). The wifi worked great as I used my computer most of the time I was there to study for school. The flat screen TV cable options also included some premium channels like HBO. Overall, it was a great stay.

Review 103：I was in Boca Raton to write an exam. The hotel was right around the corner from the University where I needed to be, so this worked out well for me. It was quiet and there were any amenities I needed just down the street.

Review 104：Ok- bathroom door had a hole in it- like someone had kicked it in but was never repaired. Dirty bathroom and dirty room! No way would I ever stay at this place- we all slept on towels that night and skipped breakfast- ended up staying the rest of the week at resort down the street.
