Review 1：Lack of red wine in lobby bar :( Had to choose whiskey instead :)

Review 2：very good and clean swimming pool, excellent breakfast, especially pancakes! Welcoming and child friendly staff.

Review 5：- even though food in the open buffey is good, it doesn't vary much and there is very little fruits/vegetables to choose from - once they served artificial honey which should not happen in hotel of that class

Review 6：- great extra facilities (swiming pool, wet and dry sauna??) which are available free of charge for guests - everybody working there has smile on their face and knows what are doing. - breakfast in form of open buffey were decent (not bad, but not great)

Review 7：Missed an outside pool, some of the staff really lacked English skillsand unfortunately did not try to help another way (for example by askinga colleague). Missed a local map of the area, only maps of the biggerarea were available, but we would have liked a walking map or so.Opening hours of the swimmingpool rather limited (9 am - 9 pm), so nooption to swim before breakfast or relax in sauna after a long day outin the mountains. Not really clear where to find the differentfacilities (no plan of the hotel, where to find fitness for example).Among the pictures there is one of an outdoor pool, but this is not atthe site, and you have to pay extra entrance fee, not included in theprice of the hotel.

Review 8：Good reception, welcoming. Nice swimmingpool, with sauna, steamroom,slide, hot tub. Spacious room, including balcony (though eastorientated), a not very tourist area, so not too many restaurantsaround, but the quality of the hotel restaurant was good (not a lot ofchoice though). Comfortable beds, clean sheets, clean bathroom andhelpful in arranging new towels if needed, or fetch something what felloff the balcony. Nice bartender in the bar on Friday evening, notfluent in English, but eager to try to understand and communicateanyway. Good and wide choice in breakfast buffet, but be early for thesmall breads, as they do not add more later on and there are onlyslices of bread left.

Review 9：there is nothing to do outside the hotel. Very boring place if you stay more than 2 nights.
