Review 1：diabolical food. 3 nights, 4 people each ordering something different = 12 meals just at dinner time alone (let alone lunch) all TERRIBLE

Review 3：Service. They pay attention to every detail and try to help with all requests as quick as possible. Peacefulness: The hotel staff tries to keep the ambience as peaceful and relaxed as possible. Trying not to intervene in any of your daily activities, but at the same time aware of any of your requests. The place is secluded on the opposite side of the town, so you do you not get the noise of tourists, other than other hotel guests (whom try keep it as calm as possible as well). Florian the GM does an incredible job trying to make every guest feel like a special guest. Coordinating his staff so that every detail runs smoothly. We requested to set up a special meal at the beach, and they did better than a perfect job!
