Review 1：-Shower water pressure rather low :( -Shutter from Aloha to central festival was full -Hopefully can increase free shutter during peak seasons.
Review 2：-Friendly staffs, able to communicate well in English. -Clean room. Comfortable. Not smelly. -Air conditioning functioning well. -Convenient location. -Tuk tuk service available outside lobby.

Review 7：We thought their policy of keeping passports with them odd, although they let us have it after we adamantly refused. Also they didn't allow charging credit card in Thai baht without converting to home currency at an unfavorable rate on top of us incurring extra charge from our bank. The walls are thin and even from 10th floor you can hear the traffic, also a phone in the corridor that rang shrilly.

Review 28：We took the breakfast included option - big mistake. Cost us more than if we had paid cash and eggs cooked at 6.30am unheated so stone cold by the time we ate at 9.00am. Breakfast B130 and nearby same for half the price.

Review 37：We arrived late at night from Bangkok and left early in the morning to go to Pak Bara and further to Koh Lipe. The hotel was perfectly located in the centre with easy access from airport and easy access to traveling agencies for further transfer. Clean and tidy, decent breakfast.
