Review 1：Great location if you like the Ocean. It's across the street. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast and lunch places are in a walking distance on Palmetto, but not too many.

Review 2：This was my 2nd stay here: convenient to the beach, relaxing and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed almost everything about our stay.

Review 11：The coffee table had stains on it. The blind didn't work and had dust all over it. Sometimes it's the little things that matter when you are away from home. The worst problem was that the one computer in the business room was not working so I could not print out my boarding pass. I ended up going to Home Depot. If you keep in mind that this is not a corporate big box hotel which has it's own issues and you are getting an awesome deal it can be overlooked.

Review 12：Location, Location, Location - steps to the beach and a short, very pleasant walk to the downtown area that has shops and restaurants. Pool and grounds are very clean. Quiet at night, continental breakfast was decent for the price. I was allowed to check in early as my flight arrived at 6 AM which was great. Remodeled rooms with a a kitchenette that allowed me to save money by cooking my own food. Towels are new, soft and fluffy. This was just what I needed as I didn't need "the frills" this trip (spa, fitness room, restaurant on site).

Review 36：Messed up my reservation and wasn't able to provide a room the first night but took me to another motel, best western, that was not up to my standard. Had to wait an hour for the owner to arrive, only to find he didn't have a room for me. He graciously comped the second night.
