Review 1：The aircon sometimes it is working and sometimes it is not working. The bfast was just so-so. The waiter/waitresses couldnt understand.

Review 5：When we were checking out after our stay, we were accused of stealing their bath and face towels. We then requested the manager to check our luggage but he refused and demand compensation from us. Apparently, other guest also facing the same situation.

Review 19：Front desk attitude is poor especially customer to do the check in time. Takes almost 20 mins. Staff is not friendly and slow in doing their work. No toiletries inside the bathroom. Towels are torn. This type of towel should not be provided to the guest.

Review 29：You must check clear before entering the hotel offers every kind of goods used, because when our check out time, the staff said that we broke the glass inside the bath room .. but we stayed for three days we did not even touched it the glass..The glass still intact there.. And when they ask the housekeeper bring it the glass from our room,the glass had crack but the glass have no any water.. But they insisted that we must compensate..also said sure that glass is we break.. And during raining day they have no umbrella service for customer.. free parking service is very poor..must pay tips to the security guard,only can get the near parking place..
