Review 1：It our personal problem that we are vegetarian so we had problem for food. If you can eat chinese thai and sea food then no problem.

Review 3：We stayed this hotel 3 nights, on the 4th day that we supposed check out at 12pm, early morning 6.50am the lady house keeper knocked few times our door and when I opened it she asked us whether is it check out today? I think the house keeper should check with the lobby customer service instead of knocking our door at such early morning!!!

Review 4：Old guy told us what to do with our passport.. get angry when we ask for our passport back..scold like we ask for his goddamn passport.. what a joke..

Review 10：The bed was really firm... too firm for me and that made it really hard to sleep. It made me switch hotels when my reservation was up or i would have stayed here the whole time. The front desk staff were always efficient, but it was hard to get a smile from them. They understood english enough to get me in and out. No in room safe.

Review 11：I had a nice city view overlooking the klong, which helped me orient to the city. Very big room with a king sized bed. No lady joiner fee. the hotel is a few blocks removed from downtown, but this made it quiet at night with no traffic, and just a short walk over the bridge to Post Laser and downtown... not far really. (the whole downtown area is only 4 short blocks long and 3 wide). I always felt safe walking alone at night.

Review 12：The hotel did not accept any creditcard. In the hotel sector this is not acceptable anymore in 2014 ! Menucard in Thai only, not in English, I need an interpreter to order a meal. Poor English of most employees.

Review 14：Unfortunate the air-con was a bit noisy and the noise is constant. This is louder esp at night when everywhere is quiet.

Review 15：The front desk people were very friendly and cheerful. The location is not in a very busy area, so, less noise and less pollution. Room is big and spacious. Beddings are clean. Just walking distance to the busy center. very comfortable.
