Review 1：The staff was rude & inattentive. They were also very unkind to an elderly couple looking for assistance. That was definitely the last straw for us. We will not be returning

Review 3：This is an older remodeled hotel, but it has lots of character and is pleasant. Very comfortable beds and large rooms. We were very pleased with our stay.

Review 5：Mike and Shawn of the hotel maintenance dept were superb: friendly, polite, persistent in their attempts to fix the many problems. They are both model employees. Rita of cleaning dept. improved the services provided, such as more than one towel for two people.

Review 6：No hot water, impossible to take a shower. No coffee available in the main lobby. Fire alarm deafening us for nothing (due to refurbishing works in progress)

Review 19：I rented suite for my daughter-in-law and my grandson 20, granddaughter 23 and her son 3. the first night they told me, and showed me pictures of soiled blankets. the air conditioner never worked well. the door to their room after they left was open upon their return.

Review 20：We had problems getting a taxi to the airport and front desk could/would not assist. We also had to pay a full extra day just to have a room until 4PM as our flight left at 7PM that day. I found this unusual.

Review 23：I thought this hotel was perfect for us. Not the newest place on not the oldest but well cared for. Courteous staff. Great and superfast room service. Very close to fantastic beaches. If you are a person that needs things to be exactly perfect like not a crack in any wall don't stay here. If you are looking for a convenient, affordable, hotel experience I reccomend it.

Review 26：Although the location is near FAU and not far from the beach, it is on US RT 1 and the traffic can be heard from the rooms. Also, I was located near the Tiki bar where the partying continued into the night. The final noise was the room air-conditioner.Some staff were friendly and helpful. Other staff were indifferent to the customer and rather unpleasant. My husband was told that I was not registered at the hotel. I learned that I was registered under Florida Atlantic University rather than my name.

Review 27：The room was clean and the king sized bed was comfortable . The room was spacious and kept at a consistent comfortable temperature...Some staff were friendly and helpful. The pool looked nice , but the exercise equipment was in another building so I did not use the equipment.

Review 36：This motel is well located and comfortable. The things that mattered were fine. The bed was comfy, the shower was great, the staff was nice and the restaurant on site was yummy.

Review 37：Found two baby roaches on two separate occasions. We dismissed the first one found in the BR; it's Florida after all. On our second night, we found another inside a towel. We checked out a day early due to bug problem and they did not give us any problems about it. AC unit was old. Bed was not comfortable. I did not feel comfortable walking on the floor in the room without wearing sandals. Stayed in room 324.

Review 39：Staff need to pick up their game. Desk service was an unpleasant experience checking in after a 24 hour journey to get there. Room was not cleaned and beds made down on one day and I felt like I was asking a favour for this to be done on the following day. A/C was soaking the carpet and the room's view did not exist making the room dark.

Review 40：The location was good for what I wanted and the hotel was easy to find. It had a separate area to relax in and this made the room comfortable.

Review 41：Upon arrival we were allocated a room on the 2nd floor which had a balcony but there was a great big brick wall in front of it and it only had a tiny table, impossible to have a meal outside. The hotel changed the room for us next day without complaint. The wi-fi was weak inside the room but if we went onto the balcony we found it stronger. The lift was giving trouble, and we had to use the service lift while it was being fixed. This was a nuisance because there were bad storms and we had to use the outside stairs or lift and got quite wet some days. The hotel had the workmen working on it every day until it was right. Very few coat hangers in the wardrobe but they are very obliging when you need anything.

Review 42：The room was spacious and had a large private balcony, ours on the 4th floor had a large table and 2 chairs, so we could eat a meal out there if we wished. We had a comfortable bed, and pleasant decor with plenty of cupboard space. The tv was large and a very good picture. The kitchenette was clean and had a bit of cupboard space, and the overall impression was a very nice room. Staff were helpful and pleasant, helping out when we needed assistance with printing off something on the computer. The restaurant downstairs is really a sports bar, a bit noisy but the food was quite good. Overall, a nice hotel and good value for the money.

Review 49：The computer in the lobby kept freezing, the wi fi in the room was intermittent, you had to go onto the balcony to use it. Lift kept breaking down but they allowed use of the service lift and the repair men were always in evidence until it was sorted.

Review 50：The room was spacious and was kept very clean every day. Good position near the town, plenty of places to eat nearby. There were plenty of drawers and cupboards, and lots of hanging space, ironing board and iron and large screen tv. Desk staff were very helpful and obliging. Altogether a very pleasant stay and good value for money.

Review 52：The hotel was easy to find, the staff was made me feel welcomed and the room was great. The location of the hotel was also perfect. Even though I was traveling for business, the hotel itself provided all the amenities of a quaint resort - a cute Tiki bar by the pool that was open until 10 p.m. good to have after a long day of meetings. Also, the food from the the on-site restaurant was perfect - fresh and made to order. The staff were also extremely friendly.
