Review 1：Our rooms were beautiful! Really big, spacious and lovely. Beds comfy, beautiful bathroom. The staff were lovely and helpful ! Everything was perfect.

Review 2：7,50€ for 24h of lousy WLAN is an absolute no-go in 2015. shower only drips the whole place needs renovation. This is not a 4 star hotel.

Review 8：My room was in the 3rd floor, very hot inside, could not slepp with window closed, when opened, the noise from the street was enormous, all night long shouting, engine roar, even firecrackers at 3 a.m. Impossible to sleep. I was awake for 2 nights. Never again. Not really the mistake of the hotel, but still very unpleasant.

Review 17：We stay in this hotel twice a year for 3-4 nights since years and always choose for the comfort room. A very nice, big, quiet, clean and comfortable room. Also the -recently renovated- bathroom is roomy, bright and clean. Drinks and good food are served in the restaurant. An open fireplace in winter and sitting outside in summer. Plenty of bars, restaurants within 500 mtr. So, no thoughts about driving home! Friendly staff, hotel owned parking garages and a really good breakfast is worth every cent and you will enjoy every minute.

Review 18：The information on booking.com regarding the room size is wrong. We booked a Comfort Twin Room which is announced as a spacious room of 30m2. In reality this room is +/- 20m2 bathroom included. We requested a parking place which appeared not to be available upon arrival. Breakfast was rather poor and the quality is going down compared to previous years (we stay every year in this hotel).

Review 54：We got an excellent deal on our three night stay, with breakfast included. We were very well looked after by your friendly and efficient staff. The hotel location was extremely quiet during the evenings, so that we were never disturbed by any noise - even with the window open.

I particularly liked the friendly and helpful staff who carried out their duties in a cheerful manner and knew me by name in an instant. The location is perfect for a short stroll into the town square for the bars and shops. I now have to stay in or near to Harderwijk twice a month for 3 nights at a time and will make sure I use Hotel Barrs on each visit. When possible, I will have no hesitation bring my family as well when time allows.
