Review 1：I loved how every day the staff made our beds, they were so welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean. Overall I had such a great experience staying here and will definitely be coming back in the future.
Review 2：The owners are very helpful and friendly...the bed was sooo comfortable, had all the amenities, mini refrig, micro wave, tv and wifi.....nice shower with plenty of hot water and the location is perfect...can walk to the downtown area and alot of shopping nearby..
Review 3：Our credit card was charged before we arrived even tho booking.com allowed us to preselect to pay cash upon arrival. Was a little concerned about safety as they have old school doorknobs and keys. There was no clock in the room. Smoking area out back had not been tidied in awhile so I cleaned it.
Review 4：The room itself was very clean, unlike other motels in the area. Had a large closet and a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker and plenty of room to move around.

Review 7：The room was much nicer than I had expected for a 2 star lodging. Clean & affordable & just a mile away from historic district. While it doesn't offer the amenities of a 4 star lodging, yet for price, surprisingly comfortable, will go ther again in future.

Review 23：Easy stroll (6-8 blocks) to downtown from motel. I needed to make a last-minute change from a single to a double room when a friend decided to come on this overnight trip for a recorder workshop. I called and it was no problem.

It had all the basic amenities one could need - refrigerator, ice machine, air conditioning, etc. We didn't spend much time at the hotel itself, but it was quiet and felt safe. Perhaps a little pricey, but you are paying for location.

Review 28：You can tell the owners really care about their hotel. It is older but, it's been updated. It had a very comfortable bed, flat screen tv, and nice tile in the bathroom and vanity area. It also had a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator, and was very clean. The wifi worked very well too!

Review 64：The lady at the front desk was very helpful. We had a room downstairs on the end and we had a lot of room for our things. We liked that there was a coffee pot in the room too. The only thing that they need to do is put more strips in the bathtub. It's very slippery.

I left a review on YELP and was called a few days later on my cell phone by the lady (owner) she called me a racist and demanded I take my Yelp review down. I laughed at her and updated my review on yelp to include her harassing phone call. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Review 67：Our late arrival was a bit of a problem but once at the hotel everyone was very friendly and the rooms are good and clean. Prescott has a nice historical downtown which is not far away.

Review 82：The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. This is a basic motel with all the comforts of home. Rooms complete with micro, fridge, and coffee maker. Nice bathroom with great shower. Extremely comfortable beds. A great find!
Review 83：I was on second floor facing a local bar, but even with the window open was not exceedingly loud and had no difficulty sleeping. There is a plug-in room deodorizer that was set on high, which was way too strong. I readjusted to low and then it was fine.

Was surprised to find a small refrigerator and microwave in the room. The room was Marine inspection clean and we had a good view of the mountains. Friends stayed at another place on this trip but I didn't feel like paying $200 a night just to sleep. We will stay there again.

Parking is difficult to maneuver. Extremely outdated, mold around shower/tub handle. No staff just a person to give a key. Bates hotel.

The conscientiousness of the owners shows in everything about the place, from its exceptional cleanliness (above all) to the continual upgrades evident in bedding, wi-fi, and the state of the rooms and exterior of the property.

Icouldn't sleep (bed wasn't comfy) and moved around all night andapparently I don't taste good to them, so I avoided the bitessomehow. Also thick dust covered the walls higher than 4 feet.
