Review 1：1. The WiFi in the room was virtually non-existent, just did not work. 2. No fridge, no water in room and only 2 coat hangers. 3. Was not impressed with the spartan providings of the hotel.

Review 9：The room supposed to be none smoking, but heavy smell of cigarette. Check in time strictly at2 on onwards, caused the check in proces jam at counter, very slow and waited at the queue. While the room rate is not cheap, they provide just the room, nothing else. No simple basis needs like soap,not even a glass. Instead of provide a kettle, they rather ask you to get hot water from the counter staffs whom are already very busy.There is no container for you, you got to use you hands! I can't find a single hook to hang my jean! The room service very late, upon request.

They clearly want to make their guests enjoy at this place. The location is very central. The room is basic which you can expect for the price but still quite spacious and clean. The shower was good. I can recommend to anybody who doesn't need luxury.

Many locals do not know the hotel but if you mention Tune Hotel (the former name) you would have no problem getting there. Will be great of there is a convenience store nearby.
Review 24：The location was good and value for money...nice bedding and linen...toilet and bathroom are clean...staff is really helpful and addressed our issue on hot shower very promptly...enquiries are answered...walking distance to the main shopping and food area...around 5 mins walk..near the bus companies which are all walking distance...tuk tuks are always nearby to your convenience...and there is a in-house tour counter where you can arrange tours and buses etc. Overall a pleasant stay and will surely go back again

Rooms are very comfortable and clean, shower gel, soap, towels, hair dryer, television (with many English channels) included. Hotel is very secure, can only use the lifts with your room card. Booking onward travel, there is a travel agent within the hotel who can arrange travel for you at a reasonable price and will collect you outside the hotel. Food advice, there's no breakfast in the hotel but on the same road you can find a small wooden hut where a friendly Thai local sells good coffee, teas, sandwiches & home made cakes. Turn right out of hotel. Restaurant recommendation: Authentic home cooked Indian food in a restaurant called Namaste, a 2 minute walk from the hotel (look on google maps), highly recommend!

We also experiencing foot n body massage at thai odyssey and oh my god, felt so much released n more secured rather than massage at other places.
Review 76：Tune Hotel was located in a Central of Hatyai. It is easy to access anyway. Floating Market, Hatyai Cable Car and others. We choose this hotel because it is nearest to the Hatyai Railway Station as we are going back to KL by train. This hotel is awesome and the staffs truly help us for the point of interest in Hatyai.

Review 79：I booked this hotel for one night for my brother in law who was travelling for an important interview. I booked online with my credit card and entered his name as the guest name for check in. Upon arrival, my brother in law was refused check in because he didn't have the card used to make the booking. The card is with me in the United Kingdom. The reception staff went on to say that he should pay cash because I had not paid in advance online. I had already paid and had confirmation. They wanted me to email a scan of my passport with a letter saying he was authorised to use the card for booking. In the end, after numerous international calls and not having a scanner to use, I was forced to take a photo of my passport upon a piece of paper with a note authorising the use of my card. I have used booking.com many times before and found it to be convenient. On this occasion, the reception staff seemed to be incompetent and stubborn.

Review 81：From the Check in to the Check out a very friendly stay. Got on the Check in one Map from Hat Yai to found my way to Kings Garden, which is an short walk. Bed is very comfy and Internet worked. I liked a lot the Flat Screen TV in front of the bed and the very big shower head to take a nice and hot shower. Would always go back again and can highly recommend that place. Yes as other people wrote no Drinking Water in the Room but everything can buy at the Reception i mean that Room is so cheap already, can buy water by yourself shouldnt make the stay as a bad one. Review 93：The rooms pillows were quite flat out hence it’s a very discomforting to sleep on it. Secondly the pressure from the shower when you turn it to cold water was bad. There was hardly any water pouring, not sure if anything can be done about it but it will be good to do it. However the most annoying part was the front desk staff. Though they are able to understand and speak English, I feel they were not really helpful and hospitable. They just want to get rid of you a.s.a.p and very bad eye contact. It’s almost like they don’t want to entertain you or help you.

Review 99：Staff is not helpful. They are always smiling at you but simply don't make any effort to help you. There were few staff for a lot of guests. Sometimes you could easily stay 10min on a line waiting for your time to be attended. When we arrived at the hotel, they had run out of towels so we had to wait for hours to take a shower and there wasn't hand towel as well. At night we asked them to call us a cab to drive us to a restaurant and they said they didn't have contact of any taxi company. Then we asked If they could at least explain to the tuc tuc driver, who didn't speak english, the instructions to the restaurant, and the receptionist told us she couldn't live her balcony. Since they also don't have in-room dining service and we couldn't live the hotel, our dinner ended up being a pack of Pringles. Most terrible hotel service ever !!

Review 103：The attempt by the reception staff to extort an additional THB 150 from me for an 'early checkin'. I arrived at the hotel at 10.30 am after a very long and tiring train trip from Bangkok. The receptionist said "check in is at 2.00 pm but I can check you in now for an additional THB 150. I asked if the hotel was full and was told 'no' whereupon my attitude hardened. I said " I could understand if the hotel is full and you have to make up the rooms. I am happy to wait for that to happen but when you have rooms available it is no way to treat a customer and no way to run a respectable business." The receptions immediately saw the errors of her ways and my anger an checked me in without paying the additional THB 150 that she demanded. A disgraceful way in my opinion to run a business and I will think twice before using Tune Hotels if alternatives are available. In the case of Hat Yai there were none.

Good location, just 5 to 10 mins walking distance to those famous attractions like lee garden plaza, kim yong market, central shopping mall and etc. Some Tuk tuk will wait in front of the hotel, they can offer better price to your destination than else where.

Review 125：Hotel check in time is 2.00pm but we have to wait from 5pm to 7pm before we could check in on 14.12.14 - rooms not ready. There is no phone on the room; you will not be able to call for help if there is security breach at the room. I used my mobile phone to call the hotel numbers as provided in Booking.com but answering machine said the office operates from 9am to 5pm on working days only. The rooms windows are opened into a 5ft wide air well so there is no way fire help can reach you in case your are trapped in emergency. Found soiled bed lining under the bed sheet . Limited car park space.
