Review 1：Nothing I didn't like. Wifi may not be at it's best but we had so many other things to keep us occupied.

Review 2：This was the third time we stayed at the Bayview hotel and we are very much looking forward to our next visit. Perfect location, stunning views, great beach to swim, excellent service from the staffs who went out of their way to make us happy and delicious food; all exceeded our expectations. I felt totally relaxed and very spoilt.

Review 3：This hotel is designed for older people, folks looking for parties should probably stay elsewhere. Wifi in the hotel is a complete disgrace. Doesn't work anywhere on the campus.

Review 14：The staff are very welcoming and helpful, the location is great and the rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. We had a garden room. The restaurant is quite pricey but there are a handful of local restaurants nearby and further along the beach. The complementary bicycles are useful to tour the area and are well used.

Review 24：This is a true beach resort. Small main building and sleeping bungalows are surrounded by beautiful garden and separated from the sea by coconut palms and white strip of hot, fine sand. You actually do not see any hotels from the sea, which makes this place look natural and uninhabited. In the vicinity there are no more than 20 boutique or almost boutique hotels so you may believe you are in the paradise.

Review 25：well I wouldn't say that I dont like it but they claim to have WiFi which they technically have but was absolutely not working on any of our new generation iOS (Apple) devices and also for the other guests. Some Android users were lucky in the mornings but that was it.

Review 27：The staff were polite but weren't overly friendly. General service was good but I was expecting a higher level of service for the amount of money I was paying for the stay. ( I had much better service at other hotels in Myanmar and paid less money.) On my first evening the turn down service happened just as I was getting ready for bed. I had to ask for my room to be made up the following day. After that things happened more promptly. The fresh fruit basket and flowers upon arrival in my room looked like they had been there for at least 2 or 3 days. It consisted of two fairly brown bananas, an apple and one mandarin that had been turned upside down the hide the bad spot. Use of the bicycles was limited until 6pm- not sure why as the bicycles had a light attached. There was nothing majorly wrong with the service provided it just was the little things that didn't happen which could have made the place great, rather than good. The wifi wasn't great but that is to be expected in Myanmar and has nothing to do with the hotel.

Review 28：Nice hotel/resort. I stayed a the deluxe garden bungalow room. The room was large with a nice bathroom and a deck with lounge/deck chairs. The decorations were simple but elegant. The location on the beach was nice - it is at the north end which didn't feel as touristy. There seemed hotel after hotel the further south you went. Breakfast was tasty, with a good range of options. Each night there was incense placed outside my door. I don't normally like to watch TV on holidays but there was a few decent channels. There was also a bookshelf that you could help yourself to but it looked liked most of the books were written in German. I really enjoyed taking one of the complimentary bicycles and exploring the fishing village at the end of the road. Its worth going to watch the fishermen come home with their catch in the morning.

Review 29：A number of improvements can be made such as ensuring there are no ants on tabletops in the room, increasing the water pressure in the room shower and having more variety at the breakfast buffet. I was also let down by the massage sessions, having left me feeling the therapists were not adequately trained.

Review 30：The stay at Bayview was definitely enjoyable. The location was fantastic as it wasn't too close to other resorts, making it less crowded at the beach. The room was spacious and comfortable. What's key is the GM, Patrick, made regular rounds at breakfast and dinner tables to obtain feedback and that's crucial to ensuring that service remains up to a scratch.

Review 31：Air conditioner was not enough to cool room properly at night. They need 2 in such a big room. Pool was also too hot to swim in. Some sort of shade covering needs to be installed, even if it is only covering half of the pool.

Review 33：slack management re handling of annoying beach bed "reservations" by other hotel guests before dawn whilst non sufficient amount of beach beds during hot season, slack handling of consequences occurring due to non existing wlan ( onward booking of hotels), breakfast at "Aldi" level...not truely aimed at international clients... That in relation to the highest prices of upper and luxury category hotels during our 2 weeks of Burma travel just kind of spoiled the otherwise near to perfect location.

Review 35：Reception staff speaks poor English, breakfast was insipid and with no variety (probably the worst we had in Myanmar), a problem that can be solved easily. When we told Patrick, the owner, about a problem we had with the shower, he thanked us and said he would fix the problem, it did work for half a day, then it was like before and we did not bother to mention it again (maybe it was just a busy period) Cockroaches in the bathroom (window above the shower was looking to a utility vault where they probably came from - there was also a 2nd door in the room which led to said utility vault), ants on the table near the fruit basket (which looked not-so-fresh anymore).

Review 36：Clean pool, nice rooms, big bathroom, clean and nice beach strip, restaurant staff (very friendly and helpful - we loved the food and the cocktails, even the pizza was excellent - and we're picky about that!). Owner interacts with guests (shows up every morning to ask if everybody's happy).

Review 37：In the SPA, the jacuzzi was extremely hot. At the BBQ dinner, the food diversity, especially fish, was very limited for the price.

Also, staff seemed more interested in chatting toeach other than looking after guests.Ngpali beach is lovely for those willing to make the trek down to it and this is a nice hotel to stay in.

Review 63：The Bayview was a nice hotel although the accommodation was basic whencompared to other resorts in Thailand that are the same price. The beachis lovely. Also, it turned out that the booking.com agent who confirmedour reservation with the hotel made an error. After speaking withmanagement they upgraded our room without charge which was lovely. Itwas annoying that booking.com didn't complete the request accurately.
