Review 1：Internet access was poor. they had no walks available so we had to try and download from net which was difficult
Review 2：The staff, the location and the hotel was very clean
Review 3：The hotel was a disaster It operated under 2 different names Hotel Os Heem & Hotel Epen. There was no cleaning done in room 9. Hot water took 20 min to come through in bathroom. The fire escape door was jammed tight. Blood on pilloe cas and faeces on bed undersheet. One set of keys only. (Not even a master key). No tourist literature at reception. The Wi-Fi was nnot working. Chef would not get out of bed to prepare breakfast due to previous night indulgences.... unbelievable but true.
