Review 1：The smell in the hotel gate interior because food area nearby and no fragrance to change the smell , also we ordered dinner the food was not testy and not hot

Review 3：**Strange windows that can't be seen out of** There are some other very small issues, such as they failed to display the charge list for items in the mini bar. The Fox channels in the rooms didn't work.

Review 5：The ambiguity in timing for late and early check out as me was prefer this hotel on otheres in order to use genius benefit but unfortunatly they had charged me with extra amount for that. One of genius benefit was a 10% discount but unfortunatly it didn't help with that. Also, the massage services was not there becuse it was friday although i asked for that before resevation and they said there is even fir friday.

Review 8：The swimming pool water caused skin irritation, seemed not maintaining the desire level of free chlorine and other chemical parameters of the pool. There were black spots on the bottom of pool, looked like black algae and pool water not balanced. There was more level of free chlorine in water at the time of use. Might be adding more chlorine chemical manually. Portable water or room water in the tabs was also not having the required level of free chlorine so there are chances of legionella, biofilm or microbial contamination in hotel water. There is need for improving the water quality of water and pool water.

Review 18：One of the tea cups in the room had lipstick!! My stay was for two night and the key they gave me was active for 6 hours only. Had to go back to the reception to get it re-activated. They took the room charge in advance by pass transactions on my credit card day-by-day!! Elevators were very hot no ventilation in the elevator.

Review 22：My only awkward experience was a hotel taxi to the airport, the person who took me was friendly and spoke to me in Arabic but when I explained I couldn't understand he kept talking and asking questions. Luckily I was dropped off at the correct terminal.

Review 24：Booking.com says one thing regarding the way hotel charge, but hotel has different policy as per the front office. You have to book it to know; hotel will charge . Rooms were not cleaned the next morning even after hanging the card . It worked after complaining to the front office. Indian food/night - I am not an Indian , but have tasted lovely Indian food, but in this place it was something else, no taste.

Review 100：They didn't have a bellboy because it was after midnight and that's not acceptable for a four or a five start hotel. I had to serve myself with the bags. Their internet is very slow and weak.

Review 102：Complete lack of professionalism from staff. I was there on a 5 days business trip for the Saudi Government. I asked for only 2 things before I arrive and both were not done neither I was told they will not be done. The first request, I asked the hotel in my booking notes to organize airport pick up since the plane landed at 3 AM, but no one was there and I had to take airport taxi to the hotel. The second request, I called the hotel a couple of hours after making the booking. At first, the guy who picked up the call couldn't find my booking. I explained to him that I booked though booking.com and provided my booking number. I asked for the possibility to change the booking by 1 night with the facility of early check-in from 3 AM to 4 AM. I was told that it should be OK and in-shaa-allah room will be available on time and that I will get a confirmation call or email by Saturday. But I got nothing and when I arrived at the hotel, nothing was done and reception guys had no clue what I am talking about. As a result, I was forced to pay 1 night extra when I checked out. Another incident was when I was in the hotel. I called the reception on Tuesday night at 7 PM to organize a taxi to take me to Hail at 5 AM on Wednesday. 15 mins later I was told that the booking is confirmed and taxi will be ready at 5 AM. I woke up, got ready and went to the reception to check the taxi and they had no clue what I am talking about. I had to wait approx 30 mins for a taxi to come. The taxi had no way to give me a bill and later on I discovered that it is a private car that belongs to a guy who is a friend of one of the guys working in the reception! My conclusion, I would never advise any professional to stay in that hotel. I for sure will try Mövenpick in my next visit and I have already advised everybody in the company I work for to avoid that hotel in their trips to the area.

Review 103：I was there on a 5 days business trip for the Saudi Government. Location is good and close to the city center and it is on the main road going out to Hail which served me well. Rooms are clean and organized but nothing special. Restaurant is OK though timings for lunch didn't serve me well but that is my problem and not the hotel. WiFi is free for guests and internet is fast. I had no time to check out the other facilities (mainly the gym and pool) so I can't judge them.

Review 104：Low privacy specialy in Dinnig area during breakfast noise from the staff they were discussing some issues in the dinning area and also asking alot of time sir do u finished ??! Also They charged me on Master Card after check out 9 SR and they told me u used minibar and u take a choclate !! When I asked them they handle me in unproffessional way

Review 112：للأسف سعرة لا يعكس خدماته وهذا من واقع تجربة "مقارنتا بفنادق أخرى بنفس السعر" واعتقد أن سعره لابد أن يكون ما بين ٣٥٠ ريال سعودي إلى ٤٥٠ ريال سعودي بالمناسبات مثل الأعياد. خدماته سيئة وكذلك مطعم الفندق غير جيد وغير متعاونين . مستوى النظافة متدني بالنسبة لفندق مصنف على انه من الفنادق الخمس نجوم. بالنسبة للموظفين لا يمتلكون المهارات الكافية والخبرة في التعامل مع الزبون.

Review 114：The staff was very bad, check in took around 30 minutes also check out took more than 20 min. They charge me things I didn't take or order but i refuse to pay, the recieption staff was very poor and they had lack of knowlodge, No valet parking, No wifi, noisy rooms, bad service.

Review 115：Big rooms, good air-condition, good breakfast. They upgrade me because they didn't reserve my room, they said we don't have a room for you, when i show them my confirmation booking they scared and gave me a bigger room.

Review 116：Bad service: AC wasn't working and neither was the internet. Tried contacting the reception several times, they said they would send someone but they didn't... I had urgent work to do over the net and had to drag my stuff all the way to the playroom in order to get internet connection!
