Review 1：Water heater doesn't work well. Called receptionist many times for maintenance but no action taken. No explaination given. Water bottle was charge 20 baht each (doesn't indicate that it is chargeble, therefore we thought it is compliment). Request to rent power adapter but they insist we must buy it for 80 baht(we had stay in many budget hotel in Bangkok and they do provide the power adapter for free, they only request for some deposit)

Review 2：The pool not open on Sunday. Then no towel provide on the pool side. So we use room towel and request staff to chnage the towel after use. The room service staff deny to change it and answer with rude.then second day, room service staff (not sure the same staff or not)unable to get one of the face towel and request us the find it out (Although it is just inside the cabinet). The room is cover by dust

But, it looks like they didnt update their hotel's photos online as the rooms look completely different and much better now. The hotel serves halal food for breakfast too. Kudos!

Review 16：Not having too many choices for breakfast. Swimming pool & fitness facilities are closed during our stay on 5th - 7th December 2014. The water pressure at bathroom shower was low and water-heater temperature was not functioning too well.

Review 44：I was on the 14th floor and the window was 1cm to narrow. One side was always open and this leads to you having to listen to the roof top AC installations of the lower buildings, combined with a room AC that had off or max settings. Loud racket all night. The breakfast had some mystifying combination of foods.
