Review 3：In this winter time,there were no heating in the room, the staff was not cooperative, I became sick because of cold , it was 4 temperature in the room without any central heating, so after few hours of discussions in the middle of night they brought me portable heater , claiming that they don't have central heating in the hotel at all , it was 19 of October, it's Moscow, it was so cold

Review 5：I have to say I'm a disabled person and from the moment I get out of the taxi. They were nice to me and helped me. The restaurant is very good, you won't be disappointed!

Review 7：Hotel is close to the airport domodedovo there is a shuttle connecting the hotel with airport but be aware that after 24:00 there is an extra charge 500 rubles , first shuttle starting at 04:00 and there one doing the route every hour

Review 10：Females at the reception should be more kind, not rough with Russian speaking customers. When I was asking about shuttle bus being on time to go to the airport, young ladies were responding as if I am a pest, annoying them with my questions.

Review 11：I felt like at home in US. Silent air conditioner, quite, restaurant is right there, breakfast is included, friendly staff saying 'hello' everywhere. Very pleasant.

Review 18：Water leak in the bathroom had previously saturated the bedroom floor with water. Didn't notice until morning. They moved us to another room which the door handle to the room fell off.

Review 122：I reserved car transfer from the airport but the car was NEVER sent. I waited over an hour before hotel van eventually came to the airport to get the flight crew of an airline. Bar was extremely expensive even though there were only two tables and no abience.
