Review 1：5€ per day internet, 5€ per day for parking, 4€ per day for bath robe and 2€ per day for bathroom slipers!!!!!!!!!!! Stains everywhere, dirty Sauna and bad pool & spa maintance. And they say 4* ... Hahah, worst 4* hotel ever!!

Review 9：Extremely poor and unprofessional service form the reception staff. Very rude and unhelpful even with basic demands. Rooms were dirty and in very bad conditions with holes on the walls and dirty carpets. Had to ask for basic toiletries multiple times no toilet paper nor soap available. The food at the Breakfast and diner were not that bad but there were no seats available and were told by waiting staff that there are only 90 seats for 350 guests you can do the math when more than half turn at the same time. No Hot Water regardless of time (morning or evening) Do yourself a massive favour and find another hotel there are plenty of other properties available nearby. The only good thing about this 'hotel' it is more like a hostel is the location as it is close to the lift and bars and restaurants. Would never go there again.

Review 10：The restaurant is way too small for the hotel size and number of guests. Had to wait for a free table all the times we had meals. We had to go to another place in the town to have a dinner on the 29th of Dec because the line of people in Emerald restaurant waiting for a free table was disgusting! The food itself is ok.

Review 14：It is a joke to Pay extra parking when this hotel has its own parking lots,Pay for wi-Fi individually for every device,smart phone or tablet-lap top also a joke.The spa center was nasty and dirty..The noise and the music was coming from one bar on the bottom floor in our hotel wing was anoying every night ..Simply this hotel is a joke to be advertised on Booking.com

Review 18：WiFi is paid?!?! Also, apparently the manager of the hotel insisted that the steam room and sauna only be turned on after 16:00, which deems them unusable on the day of leaving. Even then, never saw the steam room working.

Review 22：None of the windows are closing properly. They seem to have improvised some closing mechanism that deteriorated in time, the balcony door was curved wind was blowing through the sides. The ceiling in the pool room was full of mold, and the sauna door had a 5 cm gap at the top. The ski depot rooms were not heated, so if you had wet equipment (boots for example) there was no way it would dry until morning.

Review 24：The staff would not accept any payment that was not cash and we verynearly missed our flight as they refused to take a card or allow me todo an Internet transfer. We eventually had to take out almost £1000from the cash machine on 6 debit cards, which made us an hour late andcreated a lot of stress that we really could have done without on ourlast day. This is obviously a tax fiddle as I'm sure theydon't declare it - I bought cups of coffee on my cards so I'mcompletely baffled as to why a large hotel would not accept a cardpayment. One of the lifts was also out of action all week, and theremaining one was so slow - it took forever to go up and down and wewere on the 4th floor, so it was a bit of a trek when you'd beenskiing all day. This aside, it was ok. Just remember to have cash withyou when you check out!

Review 30：At arrival our car was towed away and experience shock. Receptionist didn't warn us about this. Our room was facing the street and witness at least 20 cars were towed away. ( probably big business in Bansko ) You have to be prepared to pay for everything, like parking cost 12 Lev a day, WiFi cost 10 Lev a day, Bathrobe cost extra + many more. Bar staff was not friendly at all. This hotel dasnt accept credit cards so you have to be prepared to pay cash. We have offer to pay with euros but that was not possible so we had to go to town to change money. When we book the room price given was in Euros and we were not worn about this.

Review 31：Hotel location is very good, it is spacey and comfortable. Studio was large, worm and comfortable. Sauna and Jacuzzi were nice and specious. Plenty salads for diner.

Review 57：Unpleasant staff and substandard service. Although we had paid for half board, they wouldn't serve us dinner after 8pm. All inclusive drinks were also part of the package, however we soon realized that it means a coffee from the coffee machine, something that looks like a juice also from a vending machine and a bad quality wine. They charged us 10 euro extra for a parking on the street. There was no hot water in the room. When checking out, the receptionist told us that they were not accepting credit cards neither euros but only local currency. We were advised to go to nearest exchange office where we got the worst exchange rate. All in all, we would never go again to this hotel.

Review 61：I didnt like some little things that can ruin the vacation. First, for the breakfast we waited on the line for 15min to have a table, there was no food at all so poor management of everything. Also in the morning we checked out the elevator was not working so from the 4th floor we were supposed to carry our own luggage, such an inconvinience. At the customer desk they informed that we used internet and parking which and that we are not able to pay with the card but cash. After all these go there come back, reception didn't have us our ID s. Unforgettable experience.

Review 62：When you arrive, the staff in the spa speaks about massages. I thinkthis service is much more expensive than in many other countries, so asI could see not many people used this service. The tv has hardly anyEnglish speaking channels, there are no computers available just WI-Fi.

Review 63：The location was great, just about 100 meters from the ski lift stationso easy walk after a tiring day. There are some unfinished constructionnear the hotel but it is really close to many restaurants and shops soone can take a nice walk after dinner and get to places easily. I reallyliked the facilities especially the jacuzzi which was huge and withstrong jets so after skiing it provided a great massage for the legs orback. I liked the pool, it was small but you can swim in it. Lots ofpeople give bad reviews about food, I do not agree with them. Theselection was great, we spent time at Xmas time in the hotel when theyhad at least 5 types of salads every night, 4-5 main dishes includingfish, lamb, pork, chicken with different side dishes and lots of sweetsevery night. They did not serve really special food but it was not badat all and it was plentiful and nicely served. Everywhere there was niceXmas music all the time. And it rarely happens in a hotel that you candrink local drinks, wine, beer, even coctails, and soft drinks freealmost all day. The room is nice and spacious and it was not cold atall, sometimes we had to open the window. I would like to go back again.

Review 64：The food wasn't good and enough. There was something very strange. On the 1st of January at 11 AM in the lobby of the hotel everything was dark, no lights, no fire in the fireplace, cold. I felt like the world was ended.

Review 65：Definitely not a 4 star hotel. With the exception of a very kind bellboy, all the other people working there are extremely unpleasant. My son was impressed by the fact that nobody smiled at this hotel. We have been requested (at 20h00) to pay out our bill one day prior to our departure (hotel policy). They accept no credit cards (unacceptable). The payment must be made only in levs. He had to find in cash almost 1000 levs at that time. Very poor quality of food.

Unsmiling faces, unfriendly staff, they do not havetime to reply to your complaints, specially Ms.Slavkova, the manager ofthe hotel. Althought it is mentioned that internet is accessible in allareas, you have access only in lobby and in few rooms near the lobby andyou pay 8 €/day for this service. You pay 5 €/day for parking inan open area not secure at all. You pay for everything even forslippers, extra towel for spa, etc.. Next time, I will pay a little moreand I will go to another hotel, for instance Wihren Palace looks verywell compared to this unlovely place

Review 68：This hotel is a little difficult to find. It is not on Pirin Street but one block away. The coordinates given take you to a third street... hotel is actually between Pirin Street and the Coordinates given.

Review 75：I booked a room 7 months before my arriving. I paid a very good price for family room. The location is perfect, near the gondola. The room is very big and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not amazing, but it 's OK for the money.

Review 76：The room wasn't what we have booked. Instead of an apartment we gota studio on the stairs, outside the corridor. The breakfast wasn'tgood at all. The room was very noisy and we could hear everything fromthe neighbouring rooms incl. Morning farts, which woke us up at 6.30.

Review 78：Nothing... except..the Jacuzzi needs a notice to say where to step in! My husband almost ruined his holiday by using the hand rails: he stepped into the water and almost did the splits. The ledge to step onto was not below the handrails!

Review 79：The Morris bar staff [2 couples] were brilliant and made us feel very welcome. They made us want to go into the Morris bar everyday. We had to complain about an unpleasant smell in the bathroom: housekeeping responded immediately and dealt with the problem. The distance from hotel to the gondola was super - we could walk there within 5 minutes tops! [even in skiing boots]. The breakfasts were as huge as you wanted them to be! The amount of food on offer was extensive! Good storage for skiis and other equipment. Good 'front of hotel' staff were great - nothing was too much trouble.
