Review 3：They charge you for the room before you stay. The electrical sockets are rare and at a high level! You need to charge your mobile while you standing out!! There is no shower cabinet! You will lose the bathroom once you take a shower! I saw cockroach in the looby under my table! Dont go for breakfast (its boor)

Review 5：housekeeping very slow I requested my room to be cleaned at AM10 when I came back to my room at PM3, the room was not cleaned. it was until PM5 that some one came to clean the room. The furniture also is over used

Review 31：The Egyptian and Indian hotel staff at day time are very rude. They told me I can checkout at 4 pm but later refused to honour it. I was meeting my client in the lobby and they forced me to stop my meeting and checkout. Inflexible people. Will not stay here again.

Review 35：I didnt like the sofa sets they were very old uncomfortable and dirty.Room Service was always out of food.

Review 40：On the down side, rooms were typical for this type of hotel in Saudi which means that they were dark and extremely poorly finished. Although everything appeared to be clean there were a number of items of furniture falling apart. Bathrooms were grim, one toilet did not flush properly and the shower had the smallest shower tray I have ever seen and no shower curtain. Only two towels provided for a family of 7, requested extra pillows but none turned up.
Review 41：Friendly welcome, staff were very helpful throughout stay. The three bedroom suite was good value for a one night stay with the family and the provision of a play room for the children was excellent.
