Review 1：Hotel does not have their own restaurant. We were given breakfast voucher to eat at opposite hotel. When we arrived at the restaurant at 9am, there were no more food left except few pcs of sausage and some eggs with bits and pieces of miserable beehoon. All the people eating at the restaurant seems to be some kind of staff (with uniform) and we felt humiliated to be eating with the staff. Finally did not have breakfast for the 4days we stayed.

Review 3：We were double charged for our booking reservation and the hotel has no online presence, so it's difficult to contact them at all. They made us pay in cash even though we had the online booking. Trying to settle this through Booking.com. But anyway, be careful with the reception.
Review 4：Grand suites beside lift??? Can hear the voice of people talking and kid running while waiting lift. Wi-Fi is not consistent, randomly cut off.

Review 6：To expensive not worth 1600 bht other hotels are newer and cheaper. Breakfast was prepare for a large group of tourist who walk in from some other place , so we as guest had to wait a long time for refills.
