Review 1：Needed new mattress, missed little things bathroom extras like soap dish cotton balls q tips glass drinking glasses instead of plastic. Especially at the price point of a king suite

Review 2：Friendly and helpful staff! Nice to have the casino on one end so smoke was not an issue in lobby, restaurants or rooms. Beautiful grounds and room views!

Review 3：Front desk could be nicer, restaurant staff refused us for dinner said they were to busy but no one was dining, bar closed gift shop had very short hours had to leave property to go to Walgreens for eye drops and ibuprofen.

Review 6：Way too expensive. This is not New York City or Los Angeles. It's a small remote city in Arizona. It's also a casino which explains why I didn't see many people in the hotel or hotel restaurant. Way too expensive!!

Review 8：They charged the whole stay, without telling me, at check-in. Then they added $75 to the stay, again, without telling me, supposedly for perhaps-damages. I was very displeased by that.

Review 9：That the pool didn't open until 7:00 a.m. and you have to go through the pool area to get to the fitness room, which means I couldn't work out until 7:00 a.m. That is rather late for me, especially since we like to get an early start on vacation activities. This is petty, but our room didn't have any washcloths or tissues, and i didn't notice until I was washing my face right before going to bed, and my daughter had an allergy attack and needed tissues.

Review 10：The room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. The whole resort was beautiful, including all the artwork throughout.

Review 11：Disappointed in the bar. Seems every time we stay, the bar is deserted. Only 4 of us in the bar. Barmaid was very pleasant. Maybe it was due to it being Sunday & Monday nights

Review 19：This is the second time we have been to the Prescott Resort at the time of the Christmas holiday. The minute you walk in the door, the aroma of gingerbread is everywhere. Then there's the beautiful tree, lights, decorations, and what a view from the Eagle's Nest. Thanks Chelsea for a wonderful New Years Eve celebration. You, the band, and employees made it a fantastic night.

Review 20：On departure I reported some minor room maintenance items to the front desk - all could/should have been identified by housekeeping staff and reported/fixed without guest involvement.

Review 92：It was impossible to get into the spa for a massage or even a pedicure,make sure you make appointments as soon as you make your hotel reservations! The bar prices in hotel were outrageous,(buy drinks in casino, its cheaper!) not to mention a very inexperienced bartender in hotel. That makes it hard to enjoy your one night out a year when you have a bartender who knows nothing about the drinks your asking her to make. I don't think her not knowing was the problem, it was her "I'm here because I have to be" attitude. Didn't bother looking up any drinks that were requested either. Put a damper on our whole trip!

Review 97：Room smelled like a filthy ashtray even though the said there would be a $250..00 fee if you smoked in the room. we were told there was a free shuttle downtown for the new years eve party but, there was no such thing. there were many couples and families waiting for the shuttle for quite some time. when we asked where it was the front desk said "Oh I guess there not doing it." They did offer to call me cab.The resort contacted prior to our stay and offered us an upgraded room for a lower price then what I had book here. At checkout the reduced rate was not honored and the cost was considerably more then I had booked. We will NOT be returning to this resort or the casino.

Review 112：This is the 2nd time I've stayed here in approximately 5 months.Both times I found the beds to be uncomfortable. The poor bartender wasmaking some strawberry drink for another customer and didn't have ablender so she was manually crushing the strawberrys which made thedrink look terrible and took about 10 minutes to prepare. Not a greatuse of someones time.

Also, I ended up on the second floor where myview was the roof and air units, and all I heard was the air unitsespecially when I opened the balcony door to air out the room.
