Review 1：Electric shock from water. I think related to the boiler but no one warned me. It was very unpleasant and I didn't identify issue until the end of my stay. Raised it on checkout hoping to get a discount but didn't. No one mentioned reception closes around 4pm. I arrived later than this and had trouble finding a staff member to check me in and help with my initial queries on arrival. Apartment but not with facilities for breakfast/eating in, ie crockery and cutlery.

Review 2：Lots of space, good location, good views

Review 3：Where to start....we were a group of 11 so didn't imagine everything would be smooth sailing but this was an extreme experience. -Located between two of the loudest nightclubs I have ever heard. Sleep is impossible until they close. - One of our 4 person room didn't have a curtain in the main bedroom. Waking up on the sun is an understatement. There was also a huge hole in the kitchen floor that was meant to be strategically hidden by the bench. The smell that came from this hole was horrific. - The second room had issues with the plumbing and would spark everytime a tap was used. - The staff barely manned the reception desk and were not the easiest to engage. All in all I would avoid this place entirely. Spend your money in kotor or budva.

Review 5：Wifi was not working, things seem to be half done, and staff did not seem to care, only the receptionist was very helping. Also we were told that we may not be able to have more than one towel a day, the receptionist had to check with her boss, but we eventually got them.

Review 7：Smelly drains Rushed or unfinished furnishings (bathroom fan missing, electrical wiring showing at several places, fridge cord goes into a cupboard to plug in…) There was a drip of dirty water from 5th floor balcony to our floor balcony Strange entry way with stairs to reach the tiny reception area

Review 9：Discotecs were waking noise till 1-2 at nights (though somebody may like the discotecks!). The beach was overcrowded (however like every sandy beach in well populated area).

Review 10：Everything is just excellent - new freshly built hotel (even a bit incomplete), huge appartment with 2 rooms each for 2 persons, one with panoramic window, another with balcony, very beautiful view on the sea and old town, parquet floor, own kitchen, location just in front of the beach with free wooden loungers and umbrellas, a lot of restaurants and discotecs arround, also a very good own restaurant. The best place one can imagine for vocation in Ulcinj! I will come again!
