Review 1：The House Keeping staff is not friendly. Our room's toilet bowl was stuck and we called the housekeeping but they attend to us in a not proper manner.

Review 2：The location of the hotel is perfect. Right in the middle of the town where everything is accessible.

Review 3：Walking from Gatwick airport at night is not pleasant, kind of scary with insufficient street lighting and signage is not well lighted. Wish the pedestrian walkway is better lighted.
