Review 1：Rooms are small but for what you pay it is to be expected.

Review 2：Customer service is excellent. Staff go out of there way for you. Location is in the city centre, close to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Wifi is free and has good coverage. Breakfast was good also.

Review 3：The staff were so helpful and friendly, even walked me to a restaurant because I couldn't find it. It was right in the centre of town but it was quiet and restful. Gave me a choice of rooms.

Review 4：Bed was old and had no support. Toilet had a minor leak. Door would not stay closed unless locked.

Review 15：Helpfulness and response time of the staff, always cheerful and ready to serve even if language is a challenge. But with wifi & Google Translate, language barrier is no longer an issue as it was 20 years ago when I backpacked through the country.

Review 19：The staff was not very smily, although minimaly helpful when requestedto. The bathroom, but as always in eastern Turkey, there is no separatespace for the shower, which is generally almost always over the wc :-)

Review 23：I had a wonderful time at the Kaya Hotel. It's centrally located in the old quarter, making it extremely convenient to walk to nearby restaurants or attractions. The staff was amazing, welcoming, and extremely helpful. I was impressed with the hotel! The rooms were updated, clean, big and affordable. Great for the price. I would come back here.
