Review 1：Room & entire facility spotless. Appreciated that there was not any scent of cigarette smoke anywhere. Mattresses were the most comfortable we've encountered. Complementary breakfast offerings were abundant for the entirety of scheduled time. Modern design was aesthetically pleasing. Noon checkout made the morning more enjoyable. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!
Review 2：We were greeted with great hospitality. The room was very clean and decorated beautifully. It was spacious as well. The lobby and eating area for the breakfast was extremely clean and the food was very good. The coffee was delicious. They even offered to go cups. We will definitely stay here again on our trips back up north from Florida.

Review 5：The breakfast was cold. I had to ask a staff member to hook up the microwave to reheat my food. The pancakes should be cooked to order or have a waffle maker. Also the door to our room would not close it was offline.

Review 10：The room was very clean, ergonomically well laid-out, well furnished, with comfortable space in the bathroom and places to put belongings. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The ability to open the window to let in fresh air was helpful, and the cooling/heating system worked very well and actually maintained the temperature we set.

Review 19：This was perfect for us. I was there for Marince Corps Half Marathon which was only 3 miles away. Then for sightseeing in Fredericksburg, walking distance. Sightseeing in DC we were 2 miles from train station, very doable. All employees very nice and helpful.
Review 20：There was a fire in a bush set by someone throwing a cigarette out a window. We had to evacuate at around 10:00pm. At least that's what I heard. Hotel could have let each room know what happened and compensated us in some way for the inconvenience.

Review 26：Checkout time was noon, but housekeeping was knocking on our door at 0900. After traveling for a while and wanting to sleep in, being barged in on was not enjoyable. Also, there isn't bottled water in the room.
