Review 4：OMG, will Diyarbakir EVER reopen the archeology museum? I asked at reception if the museum was open and was told it was. Wrong. We made a taxi trip in vain, but got an interesting return walk through town in return.

Review 5：This was a very comforting and comfortable place to end our visit to Turkey. It was a bit more luxurious (and pricey) than our typical hotel, but after traveling in southeastern Turkey in sweltering August, we needed some R&R and this was the place! As a graphic designer, I noticed with appreciation the understated but elegant decor of our room. The staff was helpful and gave us good directions to nearby Selim Amca'nin Sofra Salonu for dinner.

Review 22：There are several 4 and 5 star hotels in Diyarbakir. Dies is one of them. But for sure they do not have the mentality. They tried to charge us an extra fee for room preparation in top of the price for which we had booked the room. But after objections they did not charge that fee. However, we booked a suite and they give us a standard double room. We objected fiercly, but in vain. They simply claimed they had two different suites. One having a sleeping room and an adjoining living, and the double room they had assigned to us. Well, you can't call a toros a mercedes just because you want so. All in all, a bad experience.
