Review 1：The receptionist on the arrival spoke only Polish and he had an unfriendly and rude attitude. Even if he can't speak any other language he could at least be friendly and try to smile and communicate somehow with the guests in a foreign language even at a basic level. He was surprised I had a reservation, as he probably didn't expect any other guests, however it was just 7:30pm. The other aspect I didn't like at all, it was that in the room the beds were not made, there were the bed sheets left for the guest to "dress" the bed and duvet. Which actually took me some time as the duvet sheet didn't quite fit the duvet. Another negative point is that the hotel is located opposite to the train station and you can hear every single train announcement, as they are very loud as well as the maintenance work (welding, hammering etc).

Review 2：The hotel has been somehow modernized. They added doors on each level to separate the stairs from the rooms corridor and thus to avoid noise. The stairs are still old, so you can realize that other parts of the hotel have been renovated. You get free parking, which is good in Hel as otherwise you must pay for public parking. The shared bathroom and WC was clean and very ok.

Review 3：After entering to our room, there was terrible cigarette smell. We got rid of it after 3 days of intensive airing! WiFi did not work for whole time of our stay.

Review 4：Nice location, near to train station, shop, fokarium and beach. Fridge and catle in the room.

Review 5：The information we got about the Hotel through booking.com was not correct: - There was no wi-fi in the hotel, but there was free but very unreliable wi-fi in some locations in the city centre. - during the two days we stayed in the Hotel we never met anyone in the reception that could speak English, let us pay with credit card or could write us a reciept. From one of the two persons we met in the reception we never felt welcome to the Hotel. Our room smelled cigarette smoke and was not very well cleaned. There were big stains on the madrasses/beds.

Review 7：Chair and pillow was stained with blood!!!! Dirty towels No facilities to even make a sandwich, shared shower, in addition only 2 showeres for 10/15 rooms. Very tired decor. Rip off for a price. Definitely it is not a hotel, it is a hostel. No internet access at all. Don't book if you are looking for hotel.

Review 9：No wifi in the hotel, and the nearest one is kinda far. No kitchen or bar, so if you are coming early in the morning or late evening you have no chance to eat or to drink coffee. After 4 pm only guard is at the reception desc, so I am not sure if they can deliver you any kind of service.

Review 13：The room itself is quite clean and comfortable, despite that it reminds a student's house. Lots of space to place your stuff in closets close to the water, the puck bay is only 5 minytes on foot. baltik Sea - about 1hour on foot.

Review 14：i think during summer would be nice to have little fridge in room, because now there is no cool place for food, and that is a problem when days are hot. Near hotel is railway, may be too noisy for someone.
