Review 1：We were right next to the Outlet Mall and at 5:30 am the trash collectors were emptying the dumpsters. Loud! Nothing the hotel can do about that. It was just annoying.

Review 16：No comfortable chair. No hooks in either room. People in the room above filled the spa tub at 12:30 and 2:30 am. It took about 30 minutes each time and it sounded like the plumbing was coming through the walls.

Review 18：No one at desk to check us in (1800 hrs). Sign on front desk indicated the clerk was assisting other guests and would be right back. We left to eat supper. I tryed calling during supper (10 times), no answer. I finally got some one at 1920 hrs. We left supper area and drove to motel to check in. Also, there were no comfortable chairs to sit in. Only 2 straight back chairs and a table.

Review 20：room wasn't ready when we got there at almost 3 in the afternoon. Desk clerk did not seem to have a record of the reservation only my name, had to ask me what we reserved and how much booking.com charged us which seemed strange.

We arrived a couple of hours before check-in time and he told us that he would check and make sure that if there were rooms available before check-in that he would let us have one and it worked out we did get one an hour before check-in . We thought that was very accommodating .
Review 30：the orange juice for breakfast tasted like it was spoiled, I could only take 1 sip. There was no ice scoop to get ice into our ice chest, had to use my own way of getting it

Review 67：The room was described as "deluxe" on-line and it was far from it. The staff was unfriendly. There were 2 straight-back chairs in this "deluxe king" room. No tourist guides in room, no refrigerator, no microwave, very small, thin scratchy towels---only 2. "Free" breakfast was a joke. But first they had to check and see if we actually "paid" for a "free" breakfast!

(A sign had been left saying they would be back soon) Another customer had been there earlier with no one at the desk and had come back when I was waiting. We both had reservations. It would have been nice to have some more lower calorie options for breakfast other then bananas. But I did appreciate the limited breakfast.

Review 97：One of the bolts on the toilet seat was missing, so it was only bolted down with one bolt. So the seat was not stable. It's about a 1 minute fix after a trip to the hardwade store, so I wondered why they were just leaving it like that.

The reality is, the building is an older building so it is dated, I wish they would do away with the bedspreads and use colored sheets and a decorative throw. Review 131：The Osage Village Inn is in a great location right next to the outlet mall and many attractions in Osage Beach. The rooms are quiet even though it is very close to the high-way. The staff was helpful and friendly. The price really made a short stay worth the money.

Review 137：The room was recently redone, was very spacious and clean. Enjoyed the jet tub. The pool although small served us very very well. We met people who have been coming to this hotel for years. We will come again!!
