Review 3：Bed bugs in the room and we left after 2 days. They initially would not give us a full refund, I needed to call both booking.com and my credit card company in order to have my money refunded.

Review 4：The hostel is excellent, staff were helpful. You have full use of the kitchen including the washing machine. The owner even hung my washing on the line! Free huge oranges in the lobby and continental breakfast. I cannot fault this place and would definitely stay again.

Could not be happier since we found a great host, comfortable beds and more important PRIVACY! Didn't miss the hotel service at all, specially their overrated prices. Do your research before booking!

Review 12：its a hostel, so dont expect miracles. Not a complaint, but points to improve: squeeky bed, noisy doors, better noise insulation between rooms, water outlet clogging in the shower, more room for breakfast.
