Review 1：The room was uncarpeted, the bed was very uncomfortable and it squeaked every time you would make a movement. The bathroom looked old and rundown and it smelled if urine at the sink area. The next morning my fiance saw a small roach in the bathroom and the towels were very rough and dingy looking

Review 19：First, get the room, no happy, required change. Early morning, crazy lady open the door and scream: "pay the room", few minute later police come. After showing the receive and good to go, asking receptionist to talk with manager, a lady call in and scream on the phone. Never, never come back, and never recommended this for everyone.

Review 21：The receptionist was rude and when we arrived at 6pm our room wasn't ready. We didn't get in our room till after 7pm. There were only 2 towels, the bathroom smelled like mildew, and the stopper didnt work for the tub, making it very dofficult to bathe 2 small children. We were supposed to have a queen size bed and it was a full size bed on a queen size headboard. There were holes in the vinyl floor, the microwave was missing,the "free wifi" didn't reach the room, and the desk was falling apart.

Review 23：When I booked my room it was for a single queen non smoking room. When I got in my room I was disgusted, it smelt so bad from smoking, it had a full size bed. The room looked very old and had roaches bad! The refrigerator was disgusting, and I could not use it from the mildew inside. The microwave was not clean and didn't work. The cable TV was out for 2 days out of the 4 nights I stayed. Never again will I go back there!
Review 24：Soiled towels, sheets, and bedspreads. Missing all pillowcases. I had to clean the room myself - toothpaste and mystery gunk in the sink, dirt footprints in the tub and dirt handprints on shower walls. Mystery stains and cigarette burns on all linens in a non smoking room. No manager available for any type of resolution.
Review 25：We didn't have all the extra features such as a fridge in our room. The phone did not work. Our water in the shower had two settings extremely hot or cold, you had to turn it off and on to get a minute of Luke warm water. The comforter had stains on it as well as the towels. The service was not great, the clerk reprehended a staff member in front of guests and my room calling her stupid and dumb.

Rude. That was my second time booking with you'll and they way I was treated might be the last.I went across the street and booked 2 days.

Review 115：Put my foot under the bed and it hadn't been cleaned under the bed for quite a while--potato chips, and just dirt! Somebody needs to remind house keeping that they need to sweep or dust mop as far as they can under the bed. Shower curtain rod lose in the wall. Over charged for room and still waiting for my credit to show back up on my account! always amazes me that the charge goes through right away, then I have to wait and wait for the credit. How come?
