Review 2：Pretty much everything was great. The price, location, service and the food was great! The room was cleaned daily, fresh towels and toiletries were supplied each day. The staff were friendly. I've paid similar prices and received far inferior services. It was a stones throw from the pier to get to Kho Samet. I thoroughly recommend a stay here.
Review 3：Our bathroom was not inside the room so if we had stayed more than 1 night, that would not have been acceptable. There is no lift and the stairs to the third floor are narrow and steep! Very difficult to get the suitcase up there and no staff to help.
Review 4：We stayed for one night as a stopping off point for Ko Samed, so it is located just opposite the pier which is why we chose it. The place is fine for a one night stay or for those on a tight budget.

Review 6：Staff kind, also if just one person speaks English. Room simple but clean. Having several luggages and one year baby, a staff guy has picked up free with motor-bike to the main pier.
Review 7：Convenient location, our double aspect room had air con, fan and mosquito screens over the windows. Bathroom fine. Staff helpful. This guest house was nicer than many of the 2 star hotels we have stayed in.
Review 8：Terrible check in. We felt as we were "disturbing" the receptionist. She ran in the stairs to our room (had to run after her) opened the room, left the key on the table and left. Not one smile. We had a room overlooking the bar. Pumping music until midnight (windows were glass blinds). We could hear dog barking and ppl shouting the whole night. Stopped there to get some rest to drive to Koh Chang, left very tired in the morning.

Review 10：Would like a blanket instead of a sheet on the bed. We couldn't regulate the temp well with the aircon so it often got too cold or too hot.

Review 13：A pleasant welcome from friendly staff. Quick and easy check-in. The room was quite adequate, outside dining facilities very pleasant, and evening meal good and inexpensive. Excellent position for Koh Samet ferry. Realistic price, we would definitely stay again.

Review 17：amazing location within walking distance of pier (5 minutes), very comfortable stay in cozy, well-equipped room. Relaxing atmosphere too, balcony is a big plus.
Review 18：The property was really close to Nuanthip bay, where we wanted to get a boat for our trip to Ko Samed island. We could check-in very late without any problems. The little outside bar and garden were very nice after a long trip and for a good-night drink.
