Review 1：The smell, outdated furniture . the beds were not comfortable at all and the bed sheets torn in my hand and need to be replaced.

Review 3：Booked for. Two queen beds and given just twins so no place my two kids to sleep and the property wasn't willing to give two extra lay over beds without additiona 130 SAR per bed. Language is a problem Breakfast was included but only for two so my kids were stopped but luckily asked to pay for the older kid 75SAR which we did however the bogs breakfast was average and we didn't go the next morning and pic under 75SAR for good breakfast for 4 outside

Review 5：- If you are planning to go to the Haram Mosque, you need to plan at least 1,5 hours prior to each prayer in my opinion. Depending on your fitness status, you have to take into account at least 30 mins walking time within a crowd hundreds of people moving during rush hours in Ajyad-Street

We also found the next day that something is wrong with the phone set. We would dial a number, but in fact it would have gone to another number which was not intended. Wifi was not free. Review 26：The hotel was fully booked so it was heaving. However, it is to be expected because of pilgrims travelling from all over the world to visit the Holy Kaaba.

Review 28：When I arrived they could not locate my booking at reception. Staffs appear dismissive at first until a friend of our intervene and spoke in Arabic to them. We were then sent to the second floor to retrieve a booking reference number which could have been done by the receptionist. When I checked out I was charged for my three nights' stay. But American Express had already paid for 1 night. Again the receptionist did not want to know about it despite showing him my American Express statement confirming payment of 1 night. My experience is if you don't speak arabic you are treated with arrogance. When my friend who is a Saudi spoke on my behalf, the whole attitude change for the better.

The furniture and fittings are tired and worn, you have pay for wireless which is only available in the lobby. In need of a refurb and modernization in my view. Ajyad street is chaotic as it was 7 years ago.

Upon check in at 16:00, I was told rooms are not ready yet. I asked for a late check out and was promised a late check out at 16:00 the very next day. Next day at 15:00, someone calls me from Front Office and ask me to check out and that staying for 16:00 is very late. Perhaps he didn't review a note that I'm having a late check out, or the note was not recorded at all. Very slow check in procedures.
