Review 1：The Alps are perfectly located near the base of Ajax and Downtown. The staff was friendly; but, we didn't ask much. The unit was nice. It was clean, well sized and nicely furnished.

Review 2：My only suggestion is that it may be time that certain units are updated. Our unit was very clean and comfortable but the bedrooms and bathrooms were very outdated. However, it was still a good place to stay with a super location and great staff.

Review 3：The staff was unbelievable, super helpful, and was always willing to answer our questions. They recommended good restaurants, made reservations, pulled menus, and drove us to the locations.

Review 4：We had to move three times to get what we thought was value for our money. Two of the rooms were outdated or in a dark lower level basement area. Do not expect to get the room pictured on bookings.com's website for this property. It doesn't happen.

Review 7：We went in late Sept. The leaves were changing and there were no crowds. We had the area to ourselves. The condo was very nice and well taken care of.

Review 8：We had a blast in Aspen attending Jazz Fest. Aspen Alps had a great location, clean facilities, with very helpful service. I will certainly return to Aspen Alps.

Review 9：Our unit was on the lower level (#304) and we could hear our neighbors above us (#308) as they went about their daily routine. The condo needs better sound proofing and in the future we would try to request an upper level condo. Also since we're from Florida, we felt that even in Aug. the condo's bedrooms were too cold. However, as soon as we mentioned that to the front office, they delivered a space heater to our unit. Finally, our cell phones (Sprint) had no signal in the unit; the condo came with two wireless landline phones, unfortunately one of the phones was unusable since the battery held no charge.

Review 10：We enjoyed the location (walking distance to Silver Queen Gondola & restaurants / shops in Aspen). The staff was extremely helpful - before we even arrived they offered to pick us up from the airport & stock our unit with groceries. The check in / check out process was a breeze and we noticed that they had a book with menus of all the local restaurants in the front office - very helpful in deciding where to eat. The staff at the spa was also very accommodating - my wife was able to book a "deep tissue massage" with very little advance notice; she really enjoyed her massage with Racquel. For the price, we thought the Aspen Alps definitely offered a good deal.

Review 11：Not fixable but it's very dry in the high climate. We needed to run the humidifier constantly and it drank water by the gallon. But that's true anywhere in Aspen. You can see my "don't like" section is miniscule. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
