Review 1：We only had one bad night. There was a group of college boys who kept usup until 4:00 am. We did report them and someone came to tell them to bequiet , but as soon as they left, they were back at it.

Review 2：It was close to the outlet mall & other stores. Also very roomycondo and in good shape.

Review 3：Not really a bad experience, but annoying, air conditioner fans right under the balcony. Would probably be noisy in summer, with boats and water skiers, etc. on lake

Review 4：Location, wonderful view of lake from balcony and master bedroom Wall bed in living room was much more convenient than sofa bed. Kitchen fully equipped and had a couple of packs of coffee.

Review 5：1) If you are going to have a 10:00am check-out time you should emphasize that at check-in. We called the desk at 9:30 and asked when check-out time was and they told us 10:00. We asked for a little extra time they said no. Almost every hotels check-out time is 11 to 12. 2) The carpeting was pathetically worn and dirty.

Review 7：We had a total of 15 people and five condos, three one bedroom and two two bedroom. All condos had excellent views and were in great condition and fully stocked with everything we needed. More than enough room.

Review 20：The rooms are awesome and have EVERYTHING you need. Love the pool and activity rooms. The lake view is the best. It's truly a home away from home. Cleaning and maintenance staff are the best.

Review 21：Since I was not familiar with the lake itself, I was expecting to have access to the water. We were disappointed that there was no water access except by boat. Would have loved to dip my toes in the water.

Review 29：CHECKING IN; LOCAL STAFF DID NOT HAVE THE RESERVATION CORRECT, BUT HONORED MY PRINTOUT ON THE 3 ROOMS; ASKED IF A 2 BEDROOM WAS AVAILABLE, LOCAL STAFF YES, BUT HAD TO CALL 800# LISTED ON MY RES. THEY WERE TOLD NO, SO WE COULD NOT UPGRADE A REAL DISCONNECT ON RESERVATIONS

Review 31：Everything at the facility was great. The apartment was very nice and clean. The only downside to this facility was the parking. The parking lot is not very big. There was also not a lot of room for the boat and jet skis we brought. We were told there was a seperate parking lot for them, but that parking lot was so tiny it was tricky to even get them into the parking stalls

Review 36：Unfortunately, the pool was not available while we were there. We were told it would be open by early afternoon on the 29th, but it remained closed all day. One of our reasons for choosing WorldMark was the pool...I have 1 daughter who is scared of getting in the lake so the pool was her only option to swim. She was disappointed and so was I, not to mention I was mad as well. No real explanation as to why it was closed and no offer of "sorry for the inconvenience..." We are planning a trip back to the Ozarks this fall and I'm not sure we will stay here again.

Review 37：Overall, great accommodations. Love the 2 bedroom apartment, full kitchen, gas grill, etc... It was nice being able to cook our meals and not go out to eat all the time.

Review 39：The resort was so nice. I loved the feeling of being in a condo setting, but had the perks of a resort. I was relieved that it had an elevator. Our room was wonderful. It was very spacious, clean, comfortable, & had a great view of the lake from the deck. I plan to go back again for our Lake weekend next year. I may even find time to get back sooner!

Review 40：I brought my friend there for her bachelorette party and was exceptionally pleased with everything!!! And so was she!! We loved the location and the view could simply not be beat! I will probably stay there again if I ever have a chance to take another vacation :)

Review 41：Loved walking into a very clean apartment. Was worried about the Murphy bed. No worries there! The mattress was just as nice as the other beds. My daughter and I took her kids and my sons kids. Was so happy to stay in a clean and comfortable place. And right on the water! Just a very nice place to stay

I booked this through booking.com and myDiscover credit card was processed; however when I arrived I was toldthat Discover was not accepted and a Visa card was used for the room. Itappears that now I have two credit card transactions against this onestay. This will need to be resolved.

Review 87：There wasn't anything we didn't like, however, this past Saturday night in the middle of the night (around 2:00 AM) the smoke alarms went off (not low battery beeping), but full alarm. It was frightening to be awakened in the middle of the night. Not sure why this happened, but we reported to the office upon our departure Sunday morning.
