Review 1：No facilities nearby - bed was the hardest I have ever slept on - no hot water - there was nothing about this place to recommend.

Review 3：This is not really a hotel. It's a condominium that rents out the unsold rooms as hotel rooms. There is really no restaurant except for the free breakfast. It's a long walk to the good part of the beach. Bring your own food.
Review 4：Very nice swimming pool. The rooms are big with a balcony if you prefer to smoke outside. Free wi-fi in the pool area. Nice flat screen TVs.
Review 5：Too far away from Ban Phe but other than that,nice hotel, nice staff,security at gate but no safe in room so you always have to carry your passport etc in a bag with you when you go out
Review 6：It's a little bit of a walk to the nice section of the beach. There are no good stores nearby, only a couple places with not much to choose from. The restaurant closes too early.
Review 7：The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very courteous. They have a great pool. They have plenty of cold beer.
Review 8：The room smelled musty when we entered, but it disappeared on day 2. The bed was a bit small snd shakey. It's a pity that the closest beach is "a dump" of a fishing village. You have to walk a bit till it gets nicer.
Review 9：Close to a fine stretch of beach, the further from the hotel the better it gets. The standard room is still huge (its actually a condo building from the 70ies that is renovated) and all in all its good value for money. Seafood on the beach is not inexpensive, but its great to lounge an afternoon away on this beach. Nearby Ban Phe is also great for food and another long beach. Having a car or a motorbike is a must to truly enjoy.
Review 10：We had to change rooms 2 times because of the bed-like were just horrible, gnarled and suspension had seen its best days in the last millennium. Review 11：Jouduimme vaihtamaan huonetta 2 kertaa, koska sängyntapaiset olivat aivan kauheita, muhkuraiset ja jousitus oli nähnyt parhaat päivänsä viime vuosituhannella. Vastaavia en ole 25 vuoden Thaimaan matkailuni aikana tavannut, tyynyt kilpailivat samalla tasolla.Paikoitellen jouset pullistelivat ja tuntuivat kovina kohoumina estäen nukkumisen. Huoneenvaihto ei pulmaa ratkaissut, lisäongelmana tuli kylpyhuoneen lattiakaivo, joka oli onnistuttu sijoittamaan korkeimmalle kohdalle lattiaa, täten estäen tehokkaasti veden valumisen lattiakaivoon. Wc-pytyn eteen se kyllä muodosti lammikon, joten wc- käynti tarkoitti myös märkien jalkojen kuivausta. Kahden huoneenvaihdon jälkeen totesimme kolmannessa huoneessa ettei tähän auta muu kuin hotellinvaihto. Aamiainen ei ollenkaan hassumpi hotellin muuhun tasoon nähden, antaisin hotellille 2 *. Hotelli on itseasiassa condo, jonka huoneet ovat omistajien poissaollessa vuokralla Henkilökunta oli palvelualtis ja mukava uima - allas plussaa. Sijainti keskellä ei mitään tarkoittaa moponvuokrausta. Tuktuk lopettaa iltakuudelta. Parin kolmen kilometrin päästä löytyy samaan hintaan ja edullisemminkin hotelleja muutamankymmenen metrin päästä rannasta, Tätä condohotellia en voi suositella.
Review 12：The room didn't smell good, the bed was two singles of different heights pushed together. The staff offered to move us the next day to a double but we were only there for two nights total so not much point. Its far away from anything really, although a couple of cheap shops just outside for basic things and some chicken restaurant's up the road. You need a bike or car to go and see anything. The breakfast was not very good either, eggs cooked in advance, some over processed ham and sausages.

Review 32：A few dissapointments which include: By no means is it a "resort". The swimming pool looked dirty (off season), rooms have a musty smell, no movie TV channels and no complimentary breakfast. A bit too remote for weary travelers.

Review 34：No staff after 5pm, no restaurant or bar a very empty complex in themiddle of nowhere and about a two mile walk to the nearest bar. Walkingback from the bar a very unpleasant experience of dogs attacking us.Unless you have your own transport I wouldn't bother to stay there.
