Review 1：i choose this appartment because of the photos i saw on booking and in reality it is even better. I could swim in the see, eat breakfast outside (end of october). the people were very friendly...(.only as i small warning: if you was to reach paradise be aware that the last 500 meters are not so easy to drive :-)

Review 2：Wi-fi was not working but it was rather temporary problem.

Review 6：Excellent family hotel! The hotel beach is outstanding. Very clean roomsand territory. Lovely beautiful garden surrounding hotel villas. Food inhotel restaurant is simple but very high quality. Breakfast is ok. Iwish only that they serve porrige everyday - but that might be becausewe were not staying during high season. It is lovely and perfect placeto stay for romantic couple and families with children: quite, nice,comfortable. We loved it! And we are very experienced travellers withhigh demands (stayed in Ritz, Radisson and Hilton as well as we haveexperience to live in appartments and villas, and small hotel - weusually chose extemely carefuly). What you have to know: if you want torent a car - it's cheaper to book via global agency and you willhave better range and price if you want an automatic transmition. Ulcinjis a lovely town, but do not expect it to be like Budva or Petrovac.It's not a turist town, but it is very nice, it's colorfull andhas history and one of most interesting Old Towns which is not occupiedwith shops. Beautiful nature and a sea surrounds it. And you can go toAlbania - which is 80-100km aways. There is also 12km Long beach a bitaway from town. There is also kliko beach and a beach without a namewhich are very beatifull. Ulcinj also has normal beach which is nice andclean. Lot's of restaurants recommended by Triadviser. But we alsotried restaurants popular beyond locals. If you're reall travellerand not an all-inclusive-tourist - you will love it.

Review 7：The position is great, everything in and around apartments is beautiful, clean, very well maintained. Short walk, full of Mediterranean scents and colours will take you to the Old town, or to the centre full of shops and restaurants. Breakfast is delicious and very rich, served at the terrace with the stunning view at the Adriatic. The beach is private, clean, with cabin and showers, with the great beach bar and swimming pool. I strongly recommend this beautiful place and hardly waiting to come back.

Review 8：I don't think all rooms are of the same standard. So check what you are getting. Ours, I imagine would eventually be upgraded.

Review 9：The location was great and away from the busyness and noise of town. The restaurant was actually quite good and we should have eaten all of our dinners there rather than in town. Breakfast was also good.

Review 12：The kitchen facilities were rudimentary. It would have been very challenging to cook meals in this apartment. We had an electric hot plate, a college sized fridge and a sink. There were dishes and such. We made coffee in the morning, and ate breakfast downstairs, as it was included and very good. But would have been hard pressed to use this as a working kitchen. Also, you are supposed to get a white card when you check out of your hotel in Montenegro that is then presented at the airport that we received from our second hotel, but not from Eneida. Our second hotel told us that we might have a hassle at the airport because we were missing the two nights we stayed there, however, the presence of the second tax receipt seemed to avoid that for us. Ask for this as we did not know to and they did not offer it.

Review 13：The property was beautiful and lent private access to the sea that was not crowded. In this area, that is a significant plus. The views were spectacular from the apartment.

Review 14：the site, the welcoming by the family who manages the apartments a long week end of marvelous rest in the apt lux 2 a duplex set up with a little terrace and a balcony with a beautiful view If you can, rent and enjoy the ride in the boat from Valdanos to Bojana, discover the coast from the sea and enjoy the lunch in Bojana and then get fun by sitting on the front of the boat and be splashed by the sea...

Review 15：-Bed is a bit small

Review 16：-Perfect spot to stop in Ulcinj, private beach plus pool and restaurant with reasonable prices (I would recommend the fish, but not anything else in particular) means you can practically stay there without moving! Highly recommended

Review 17：The self-catering facilities were rather basic, but this motivated us to walk more and eat out. The ants were annoying, but the staff was unable to do anything about those.

Review 25：Booked online, then had to resend my details to Eneida, specifically saying that I did not wish to pay by card and that I'd pay cash, to which I received no reply. The staff at the property had no idea that we were coming but luckily we got a room. The following morning I found out that my card had been debited - against my wish and knowledge. They were quick to debit my card but neglected to tell the staff that we were coming. Good facilities but terrible attitude to guests. Also, very difficult to find.

Review 27：The wifi isn't the strongest I have in counted and you have to be in the right place to get a signal. The road to the apartment is a little nerve raking as it's so tight.

Review 66：Bed had lumpy springs, shower head mount doesn't let you stand hands free, no plugs so can't wash up but the cleaners did,power points for charging phone etc are all behind furniture, my fridge froze everything because freezer door was off so I taped it back on! This is not a fully equipped kitchen as advertised - pots are worn out and many things missing. Lots of noisy maintenance going on when there (mid June)so not quiet and relaxing like I had hoped it would be, very difficult place to have a car as access road is single lane for maybe 400m and it follows edge of cliff! Disappointed at no fresh fruit at breakfast - the area grows wonderful fruit - berries cherries figs apricots all available cheaply at market - pity they don't support their own products, I didn't find reception to be very friendly.

Review 77：The access road is very steep and narrow and a difficult drive but it is a 10 minute walk into the town. We were the only guests off season and I would not have chosen to stay in the area had I known how quiet and closed it would be in April.

Review 79：Wifi is terrible - even on reception! Bkfst was ok, but for dinner it is better to go to the old city. Humidity in the rooms, very small bathrooms in std rooms. Better to stay in bungalow, they are more renovated that std rooms and apartments. Entrance to the sea is from the ponton or between huge stones. Ponton and beach are not safe, with nails, many legs have been damaged.

Review 85：Bed is bad in room number 5 Ok if you're solo like me cos you need to sleep dead centre or on a diagonal. Bathroom Drain drips..shut the door if it is likely to annoy you. Street light shines right on you at night from street...curtain are sheer. I put the chair up on the deep ledge and piled my back pack and clothes on it to block it from shining on me...success! Internet won't work in that room and probably some other but will work outside..even down on the beach which is a BONUS in my books..stops you sitting inside :)

Review 86：Despite me not rate it excellent across the board, I LOVE this place!! I could easily stay a month in my apartment... The best things are the view and private beach...I'm in heaven here! I fact I'm still here because I am staying 4 nights longer than planned! I would stay longer if I could. It's very quiet right now which is perfect. The balconies are wonderful, the room is small and sweet and all I need. Perfect distance to the bustle of town..5 mins walk. I LOVE the windy little road in...it adds to the romance of the place. The little beach and the water are too doe for. I run and I swim daily and love it, There are also many cats which personally I LOVE! They won't bother you unless you encourage them..which of course I do by buying them food ;) if you come, please feed the little kitten who lives down by the dumpsters beside the road about 50m away! So little!!!! You can buy kitten food at the shops....just til she's bigger... :) And theres a mandarin tree I have accessed every day :) And a wonderful green market 1.5km away daily. I would always come back here!!!

Review 94：Quite exceptional place on the rocky coast of Ulcinj. A beautiful private beach on a big "rock hole". When you watch the sunset down there, you can truly understand why Ulcinj use to be the pirates' base:). Very quiet place, a nice 10 minutes walk to the very crowded main beach and the center of Ulcinj. It is better to stay to the one of the two small sandy Liman beaches close by. The apartment was decorated with a good taste.

Review 102：Excellent location and very nice place. Most if not all apartments havegreat views. There is a private (rocky) beach, lovely and well-plannedgrounds, and a nice pool. Owners were friendly and helpful. Thisaccomodation is in a quiet location that is at a 'just right'distance (15 minute, hilly, walk) from the beachfront town andrestaurants, and an even closer walk to the 'old city'. Theroom was clean and acceptably, though not luxuriously, furnished.Breakfast was good though not extravagant. I'd certainly stay hereagain, esp. In early summer or autumn, as it wasn't crowded yet wasabsolutely lovely.
