Review 5：Lots of parking but none of it guaranteed despite the website information. Not enough parking on busy nights. Some accommodations had more than one vehicle and this caused the problem along with lack of supervision. Stray cats and dogs wandering on the property were a cause for concern.

This place have an amazing staff and was much better than expected. If I go back to Raying this will be the place. Rented a 2 bedroom bungalow. Will only give minus on a little hard bed and the wifi that could have been a tad more stable

Review 17：The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and we spent our time there during the heat of the day. Our room had plenty of space with a good view of the beach. Our A/C didn't work well in the first room we had and they helped move our things to a different room without a problem. The A/C in the second room worked very well. The beach was not crowded and very pleasant. We were able to rent a motor bike near by so we could go into town. If you are looking for a party, this would not be the place to go. But if you just want to get away and relax, this is the place for you. They even gave us a ride to the bus terminal when we were leaving. Can't say enough how wonderful the staff treated us.

Only provided after an argument, demonstrating that his suggestion was illegal, and that the booking reference showed payment of tax already.

Review 30：We stayed in a one bedroom bungalow for four people. The room was clean. The sheet was clean. The paint looked new. Spacious downstairs, good for sitting hanging out with friends and having some meal. Sink to clean dishes downstairs. 1 Bathroom upstairs and 1 down stairs.

Review 31：It's a little way from the "town" so some transport of your own would be useful. The area doesn't have any night life, which is good if you want peace and quiet. If you want a bit of action you will need to be closer to town.

Review 65：We were travelling from Cambodia and arrived tired and ready to have a swim in the pool. We were greeted by a very friendly and well spoken man, who happens to be the owner of this lovely hotel. They were just about to close the pool for the night, but he kindly asked his staff to wait until we are finished. The hotel itself is very cosy and lovely, with a beautiful decor, nice pool, beach right opposite, we had a balcony with a beach view. We really enjoyed this place and definitely recommend, if you don't mind being in a quieter area and not in the centre.

Review 77：Water didn't drain out of my shower so the whole bathroom flooded.When I reported it the owner tried to fix it immediately, but made nodifference.The TV only had Thai channels. I had been travelling and busy for a few weeks and really fancied catching up on the world news. Nothing to do with the hotel, but the whole of Rayong beach is covered with litter. Everywhere. There's a lot in the sea also. It put me off going in the water. Such pity because the resort could have been beautiful.

There is local beach just in front of hotel so anytime we could enjoy beach time. We also love pool in the hotel. It is surrounded by tree and flowers. so lovely!
