Panorama Apartments sells fast on our site. With commanding views of downtown Ulcinj and the Adriatic Sea, Panorama Apartments offers apartments with balconies, kitchenettes and free Wi-Fi. The property houses a restaurant with large sun terrace.

Review 1：Wi-Fi is working badly at the higher floors, there is a bad smell in the bathroom, beds are creaking heavily, room equipment is minimalistic - 3 forks in a 3-person room. Truly, the management does not care about guests: they responded to my complaints (minor ones, like broken bed, broken heater, broken shower handle, not working lights, weak Wi-Fi) by accusing me of breaking these things, saying I complained too late (after 4 days out of two-week stay), had too high expectations, and that I can leave if I don't like it.

Review 2：The view was excellent

Review 3：1. During our 9 nights stay we received 1 role of toiler paper. 2. During our 9 night stay noone cleaned the room ( I don't know if they even entered it). 3. No sheets changed. 4. The trash wasn't taken out ever. 5. There was 1 knife, 1 fork, 2 spoons. 6. No soap, no shower gel, no shampoo. 7. We received 2 small worn out towels, they looked almost like kitchen rags. 8. The hotel is hard to find, the road to reach the hotel with the car is impossible to find if noone shows it to you. 9. Finding someone to check you in is also unbelievably hard. When we arrived at about noon, everything was closed, we tried all the doors until we reached the last floor, where some old people lived (owners?) who had no idea about our reservation, but after many phonecalls someone was on his way. after staying in the sun for another half an hour, we were checked in.

Review 4：1. The view is absolutely gorgeous. 2. The bed was big and comfortable. 3. The balcony was nice and big also. 4. A/C worked. 5. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Review 5：- when you reach GPS location, proceed for 1 km further downhill and then turn right uphill for 200 meters to finally reach the parking. - no soap in bathroom, no broom, no possibility to clean anything

Review 7：The view was excellent. Very clean and big rooms, with good facilities. What I mostly liked is the Wifi connection that was fast and had no problems during all my stay!

Review 8：Interests of group of people who booked several rooms more important than interests of a single family and rules of the hotel. There were about 100 drunk Poland students who meet there a made parties. It was awful and manager denied to do anything. So, we had to change the hotel.

Review 10：We stayed there the second time. But this time it was the last time! Nearly nothing happened. The stove didn´t work. The solution - we changed the room. But there the TV didn´t work and there were also no dishes. The bathroom wasn´t very clean and a broom was missing! The linen was too small for the bed and every morning you will be wake up on the mattress... (and the slatted frame was also broken) In the second floor the WiFi also didn´t work. It is a pity, because the hotel would be wonderfull, basically, and has one of the best location in Ulcinji!

Review 25：Staff can't speak in english and don't care about you. You can't find them while you are staying there, for instance even check out time. You should be ready about overbooked room. I will never try this hotel again.

Review 27：Quite hard to find - there's one with the same name just up the road and no signs to this one. Shutter in our room was broken, and although we reported it nobody did anything about it during our stay, and no curtain so it got light very early. Very minimal cooking facilities - one hob broken. Creaky beds!

Review 29：They overbooked and put me into Wien apts. There was a stain on the double bed sheet near the pillow, I slept in the single. The staff spoke no English. The bathroom had some wet liquid on the floor. The shower was grotty. There was no towels. There was no toilet paper.

Review 33：BE AWARE! They usually overbook the apartments (this is like part of their business model as an employee said who has to usually tell the bad news onsite for the arriving guests), so did they ours. I hope Booking.com will take the necessary measures. When we arrived, it was told that 4 in our group get what I booked in advance (4 bedroom apartment with sea view), whilst 3 of us had to stay in a small room in a family house (actually a kind family lives there) with not much of what I call sea view. Moreover, I had to wait for around 30 minutes when this helpful employee could arrange this substitute with the owner over the phone. We were so tired, that I agreed to get an overall discount of 30 EUR (around 15% of the original price), although I knew I should get much more. Breakfast is VERY basic, I would not choose it again.

Review 35：The manager of the apartament informed us about availability of room foronly 2 from 4 previously booked days and said that we have a problembecause he could move us to another place, therefore our planned 4-daysholiday last only 2 days :(. Besides air conditioning has not beenworking for the first day.

Review 40：I printed directions from google maps, but that was not 100% reliable.Make sure you take a note of the hotel owner. Call him in case lost orif you are int eh proximity. Otherwise, finding a place is ratherchallenging, especially if you do not speak the local language. Bettertake taxi, but not sure the taxi drivers could easily find the place.

Review 41：This hotel has one of the best views in Balkans. Spend extra couple ofEURs and book a room with a sea view. It is worth it!!! In terms ofprice and quality - it is a very good value for money. I paid extra fora breakfast and despite the fact that I was the only one ordering thebreakfast, the lady came over and prepared quite good breakfast. I amnot sure if they make money on these breakfasts at all: I expected lessfor 3 eur and it was a pleasant surprise to have proper English-stylebreakfast with large portion of coffee, some cheese and butter. I likedthe fact that the hotel is located on the hill, and not only because ofthe view. However, those who dislike walking up the hill may have toconsider another option.
