Review 1：People who think they are better than others putting on "airs".Staff who do not work as a team especially the dining area.Guests feeding birds at the outdoor eating area .The towel lady was very curt questioned if you really could have a towel no lady I paid for the towel and priviledge of meeting you.

Review 5：I absolutely loved this hotel. It is one of the nicest places I have ever been too. The staff will spoil you and you will never want to leave. I will say that the entire island is pretty expensive.

Review 6：The most amazing hotel we have ever stayed. We spent 10 days celebrating our honeymoon and it was just perfect! Definitely the best place to stay in Aruba. The beach is amazing (much better than Palm Beach, where all the big resorts are located), the room was perfect (we stayed in a standard room at the Bucuti side), service was excellent, the food delicious... The internet speed was amazing! So fast and it worked everywhere including at the beach! Loved the happy hours! Small things make a difference, like the cold wet towels at the beach, fruit salad in the middle of the day delivered at the beach and pool to all guests.... It was just perfect! I can't wait to be back...

Review 10：Our air conditioner had some trouble for about 24 hours. The did not have clean snorkeling equipment on the day that we had requested to use it.

Review 12：The only two negative aspects of staying at Bucuti & Tara was when we were in our room. The hotel is huge in eco friendly & so was their Air Conditioning units. Out of a 5 day stay, twice the room was a little warm which the AC could not be lowered because it was programmed to not go lower than a specific tempature. The other was the bed. It was an older bed because It had dips on both sides. It was tough on our backs even for a young 28 year old married couple.

Review 13：While staying at Bucuti & Tara my fiancé and I visited other hotels including the Marriott. Every other hotel resembled a typical U.S, hotel but with Pom trees. Bucuti & Tara kept the Aruba feel. Another thing we liked was we did not have to wake up extra early to get a "hut" (umbrella) & chairs.

Review 14：Our room was not available they were oversold when we arrived and we were downgraded to a standard room for 1 night moved to the new room by 9:30 am and that night was credited in full - a minor minor bump but they stepped up and made it right - would return with no hesitation

Review 24：Incredible view from the deluxe king room. Exactly like the pictures. Room was right up from the beach and was always cleaned immediately after coming back from breakfast. Each morning there was a huge variety to eat at the buffet and the staff was so accommodating. Many activities available to the adventurous type like sailing, snorkeling, off-roading in a jeep, etc but we couldn't get enough of the private beach!! Will absolutely be coming back here again!

It was a great location to get wherever you needed to go- close to the airport and restaurants but with the most beautiful beach just steps from your room. The free breakfast (that was always a feast for us) really helps add value to the already reasonable cost of the resort. The staff literally made you feel at home and were so efficient while being warm at the same time. We took advantage of the free washer and dryer too which was a nice extra. We loved it- great job Bucuti!

Review 37：Everything! Staff are super friendly and while they appreciate a tip its not expected. Facilities are great. Gym is open 24 hours so if you cant sleep you can have a workout. Bar is great. Nice seats/beds facing the sea where you can have a cocktail and watch the sun set Rooms cleaned every day if you want. Nice Pizza place across the street. No children on the property which was a big thing for us on our honeymoon.

Review 38：Prices are a bit high but worth it (although prices of the SPA are moderate). Location is a little far off from the rest of the action on the island. Always need a taxi or rental car, but so are all the hotels on Eagle and Manchebo Beach.

The staff with its special and very personal but low key service, the facilities, the food (mostly organic and high quality), the beach, the luxurious beach chairs/umbrellas etc and every little detail made it an unforgettable experience for us. Plus it seemed to be one of the few adults-only resorts on the island which makes it even more so a quiet and relaxed place (sorry families, this one is for intimate romance and relaxation only). Of all the beaches with hotels on the island, the Bucuti and Tara has by far the absolute best stretch of beach.

Review 71：The internet never worked right. The suites were small and the way the lights were hooked up was confusing. The bathroom was small Room service would have been nice. The manager at the Elements restaurant was rude to us the last night we were there. We actually walked out and went somewhere else because of his tone of voice. My pedicure was cancelled because they had no one there to do it at that time. Very disappointed.

Review 73：The Bucuti exceeded our expectations. The beach is fantastic, the rooms are good, the pool is great but the “extra mile” is on the details and the service. We were celebrating our 10th anniversary and the staff made that unforgettable. The “Elements” restaurant has very good alternatives for lunch and dinner and the breakfast is delicious. We loved the beach chairs and the tents.

Review 74：Rooms at becuti (not Tara) are outdated, the furniture is very old, the tv is ancient, beds and pillows uncomfortable etc. The room has 3 giant machines, an air purifier, dehumidifier and an air conditioner. All 3 make alot of noise, making it very difficult to sleep. I had to open the balcony door to sleep. Rooms are completely inadequate in every way, and way overpriced for what you get. You can hear (loudly) your neighbor flushing the toilet. Also didn't like the fact that there is no bottled water available for purchase anywhere on the resort. You're forced to drink tap. Only 1 restaurant on the resort which is accessible. The other one is only for dinner and impossible to reserve being rated the #1 restaurant in Aruba. They have an annoying towel rule where you have to return your towels each night and get new ones in the morning. This is recorded in a log as if you don't return your towel you might suffer the consequences. If you want to remain on the beach late you have to take your dirty/wet towels back to your room. They need to relax their rules, it cheapens the experience and adds to anxiety and frustration which should not be happening on vacation. If you're used to luxury, this is not it. Although chairs are plentiful, there is always a group of people who wake up before 7am and claim the front row beach chairs, which remain empty for several hours. Annoying! This is a vacation people, relax. This should be discouraged. The pool is abysmal. It is cold, deep, uninviting and just plain ugly. This explains why there was nobody in it. Overall impression: the result is aged and it shows. Nothing was done to maintain it.

Review 76：LOVE this adults-only resort! The location is perfect, and the new outdoor renovation is beautiful. Elements restaurant was so good that we ate there multiple times during our stay. The staff make you feel welcome and at home, but not in your face.
