Review 1：They charged the credit card every day for the extras - which meant we had a exchange charge of £3 extra a day - a small detail but why not just charge all the extras at the end of the stay?

Review 3：Severely short staffed during sold-out holiday season. Rooms were not cleaned until 5 or 6 pm. Bedding condition very poor. Needs new sheets and blankets. Oh those blankets were old.

Review 8：Ski in/ski out at the base of beautiful Buttermilk mountain, on demand shuttle service to town and the airport. Both are about a 5 minute drive away, ski lockers free, McKenney's for great food.

Review 30：We had a renovated room, and while it looked nice, the quality of the renovation was very poor, cracked shower, loose and shaky faucet in bathroom, leaky shower door, etc. Broken hot tub, so we couldn't use that. I would be questioning the quality of the renovation which is naturally causing some inconveniences at the moment, and that isn't a big deal if you get a great outcome.

We were the only guests in the hot tub, and we were told they were turning the power off for 15 minutes. Given that we would only be in the hot tub for 15 minutes, you think they could have waited. Room only had one bathrobe. Place was a bit run down; I ws expecting more for the price.

Whole place is under renovation which we knew, so that wasn't a problem for us but there was no restaurant on site at this time. Staff tried to run my debit card and said "the number wasn't good" and asked for a new card. It was a debit card, tied directly to my checking account, so I knew the number was good and the money was there. I insisted this was their problem and to "make it work" and they tried again and it did work. The staff doing the transaction seemed new, but this is unacceptable.

The location was great: a couple of minutes from down town Aspen, with plenty of parking and near by running trails. The staff was very friendly. I came down at about midnight looking for some limes and the staff member working the desk went out of his way to find me some. I was very impressed.

Review 102：Walls where paper thin. I could hear the man in the room next door coughing & sneezing. If he had someone in there with him I would have been able to hear their conversation ~ I would have had to ask to be moved to another room.

Review 111：Not really anything..........The room tv is very poor quality, oldstyle; the a/c did not work well. Bathroom tub/shower was stained. Thegrounds around the Inn at Aspen had trash that needed to be removed fromnear the facility and put in trash bends...apparently the management ofthis location could care less.On check in, there was a problem with billing....I had paid for two rooms in advance---Through "Bookings"---only to have the desk cleck not be able to confirm the one of the rooms so I had to pay twice for the additional room. Later that day a supervisor did make the correction and refund my credit card......I hope. The Inn At Aspen is an over-priced location and needs a lot of money put into the place to bring it up todate.

Review 112：The staff was very helpful in recommending places to eat and to visit. They provided a shuttle in to town and our driver was especially knowledgable about the history of Aspen and little tidbits about residents, population and other facts. Although they are remodeling nothing interfered with our comfort.

Review 113：Internet booking of the Inn did not disclose the motel was under a majorremodel. Disappointed in price paid for condition of property.

Review 115：it is extremely difficult to get the reservation staff to help email us the confirmation on our booking which was booked via Booking.Com. what I needed at that time was the simple one email confirmation for my room and its payment status which I had requested to fully charged my credit card prior to my flight to USA.
