Review 1：Location short walk to beach, hotel should provide transport for families! New buggy driver not as good as last stay

Review 3：Was too far to anywhere without own transport. The idea seemed to be to "attract" investors to purchase real state at the complex, rather than hotel guests..

Review 6：Breakfast was a little weak, but no real complaint about it. They had a nice bread with some cheese and spiced meat that made up for it. Cost per night per child was very high but they reduced it. 800 baht per night per child down to 250,but that only got us bedding, no extra beds.

Review 7：Both pools were nice, were clean and well kept. We upgraded from a standard room to a superior apartment with kitchen that was outstanding and gave great value. Was only 100 baht more per night.

Review 8：Unfortunately the beach was disgusting. I don't believe I've ever seen so much trash on one beach. Not to mention the stray dogs using it as their primary restroom. This area could be very beautiful. It was very disappointing.

Review 10：the air conditioner is situated at the entrance and the cool air doesn't reach the living room enough to cool it in the afternoon. Bed pillows are too flat.

Review 12：Crashed us in the golf cart, would not provide us with a receipt when paying cash, upcharged us for "private car" that finally came 45 minutes late and ended up being the back of a truck! Terrible breakfast, distance to the beach was very long, no instructions for late check-in's, no help after 5:30pm. Not a hotel, not a resort, its a condo complex. Careful there are two VIP's within walking distance. This is the 1st one coming from Ban Phe. Pick up keys at gate after hours.

Review 14：The playground was badly overgrown, and while they did send someone to cut the grass once we showed interest in it, it obviously wasn't maintained. They wanted 100 baht per person to play on an unmaintained, tiny miniature golf course, and 200 baht to rent raquets for the tennis court that I swept of leaves myself. Also, while the property starts right across the road from the beach, you have to go back quite a ways before you reach the main office and even farther before reaching the hotel, so that was challenging with small children when we wanted to walk to the beach.

Review 22：you pay for everything from a cup of tea/instant coffee in the room to parking your car in the hotel...not a child friendly hotel. The beach is really dirty, we were very disappointed. Along the beach there weren't decent restaurants, we ended up having the same food every day and the breakfast in the hotel was disappointing - flies all over the food which was not hygienic :(

Review 27：Location is great. The terrytory of the residence is well organised, clean and comfortable. Rooms - apartment style - are well equipped, clean. Bereakfasts are not 5 star style, but good and nourishing. Staff speaks English at good level to make your stay there comfortable. You can rent bikes and cars from the office at fair price. Will definitely get back and recommend others

Review 28：1) Breakfast so bad we preferred to make it ourselves or look for breakfast at Ban-Phe. No cappucino or espresso or proper tea, just standard gas station coffee and tea bags. 2) Uneven service level. One day there were kitchen towels, next day not. One day the cleaners made nice figures of the towels, the other days not.

Review 32：Not enough cooking pans and although had oven nothing to use in it as plates plastic and pans had plastic handles. They are in the middle of building other units so could be noisy for at least the next year(2014/15)

Review 33：Loved the residence as more western than thai, soft beds for thailand even had oven and hob. Staff excellent. Gave us some good tourist maps, rare in Thailand. Checkin a breeze they even came to find a lost family. Excellent beach short walk away. Two small pools. Would go back.

The room list said even parking is paid, though they didn't charge us for a motorbike. 3. Location is on beach but no sea is visible. 4. Big risk is a large lotus pond very close and next to hotel. While we didn't experience any mosquitoes, it is a risk to me.

There are other people who have house. You have to pay for internet and everything else like tennis court. Have to walk 500 meters to go to the room from entrance of the hotel.

Review 86：Some services are overpriced. In particlar the in room wifi (150 bath for 24 hours) is to expensive. There is free wifi available around the restaurant but that is a 300meter walk from the rooms and thus not very convinient. To few chairs around the swimming pool.
