Review 1：Breakfast was a bit busy with children running around but as we were there in high season this was hard to avoid. Also this is more a matter of parents educating their children, rather than a matter of the hotel ...

Review 3：Bed mattresses are thin and uncomfortable. The apartments, despite being substantially more expensive than full service rooms, are not serviced. (No towel change, bring your own toilet paper.) Free wifi doesn't reach all the way to the apartments in the back.

Review 6：Beautiful countryside. Self-catering apartments with own privacy. Our apartment was very homely and comfortable. Play ground for the kids. Restaurant was good.

Review 7：The beds were 2 single beds attached to each other. In the morning they were always a little bit split. The apartments could use a touch of modernization. Wifi quite poor. I had to use the 3G almost all the time or to stay with the laptop in front of the main door.

Review 9：Sorry, but I didn'd like it. The appartment was rather unconfortable, I didn'd feel as to stay inside reading or playing with the children. It was completely impersonal, there was nothing but the plain cheapest beds, lamps, chairs and tables, no decoration, not a detail; not even a piece of soap in the bathroom, a thee bag and a bit of sugar in the kitchen, a candy for the kids. It was not very clean either, I found some pieces of wraps on the floor. And we heard the neibourgs talking and laughing until late in the night, as well as the cars passing by the road, so I guess the isolation is quite bad, though the heating worked good.

Review 12：We liked everything - it was great value for money for our 6 person family. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to make us fee welcome. It is in such a pretty location and only 30 mins drive from Maastrich.

Review 40：Very nice quiet location outside Epen. Directly on the Amstel Gold race route. Staff was very friendly, english speaking and made us feel very welcome. We upgraded to an apartment and were able to bring our black lab with us. 20 km to Liege, 20 km to Maastricht and about 10 km to Valkenburg. Highly recommended!
